In early 2019 I suffered from a depressive episode that lasted months. My PCP ordered multiple lab tests to find any cause that may have contributed to my Depression which revealed low Vit D levels. I've been taking these Vit D3 5000iu softgels for over 3 years now and have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and relief of bodily aches. Always speak to your doctor before started any supplement or medication like this! Vit D is a fat-soluble vitamin which can have many benefitial effects to it but take what I have to say with a grain of salt since I am not a doctor.

This overdose can lead to elevated serum calcium levels, or hypercalcemia, which is associated with clinical symptoms such as fatigue, muscle weakness, vomiting, constipation, and may even lead to irregular heart rhythms and vascular calcification. In the long term, hypercalcemia can lead to kidney stones, calcification of the kidneys, and ultimately, loss of kidney function.

This was the brand recommended by my doctor. I have MCAS, which makes me sensitive to fillers, dyes, and inactive ingredients of all kinds & this has never bothered me. The pills are really small and easy to swallow! Just smooth gels that go down easy. Keep in mind though that they are impossible to split, so if you need to want this exact dose if you're buying this. I will continue buying this type of vitamin D for as long as I need to supplement.

I have been using this product since December 2020 now from Nature Wise and I love it! I always buy the larger bottle and usually on Amazon. I bought smaller bottle recently for traveling directly from NW. I am strictly plant based eater and I love that their products are soy free, dairy free, gluten free and non-gmo. I also love the olive oil soft gel form.Since using these Vit D3 capsules my hair and nails have gotten much stronger and both grow faster. My skin is brighter and much less dry. In addition it has helped with overall muscle function as well to keep joints flowing as it helped to restore a pinched nerve from muscle damage.You won’t be disappointed when you buy it. My family has been taking this Vitamin D3 for quite some time know. We are very happy with the product. It has been especially helpful for our health, during the winter season of the Midwest. I don't think you will find a better value, when you compare the ingredients and the cost of the product. There is no taste in the soft gel and they are very easy to take. If you are looking for vitamin D3 look no further. Face it nobody gets enough D3 without a supplement

I purchased the vitamin D3 softgels, and it contains Glycerine. Recently, FDA has enforced testing of glycerine to ensure ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol impurities to be less than 0.1% affective immediately. Is there certificate of analysis available for glycerine and its impurities?Thank you
