Got this great?? Navman. As a truck driver, I go to lots of different places. The unit is continually out by kilometres, my phone navigation is much better by kilometres.. The Navman is regularly out by up to 5 kilometres, sometimes closer, sometimes further...The dashcam works well, and is easy to use.The Navman has been updated twice, and still not right, I prefer to use my old TomTom, with a separate dashcam mounted on the windscreen to this unit.On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate the navigation side as a very optimistic one,and the dashcam as an 8...If you buy the unit, expect to be totally lost.

The item is great as when reviewing the footage it is clear and easy to locate the times and day to rewiew. The GPS is very clear when driving and is 100% to the streets and main roads. Alerts for the speed signage is alerting when driving to let you know when your speeding.

Lots of stuffing around with "pairing" in order to update firmware and safety cam database. Very temperamental. But I am using Android Auto anyway, so this cam is purely for safety reasons, meaning I don't need it to tell me where the speed cameras are. Good quality footage even at night.
This GPS with dash camera is nice and compact. The best feature is the window suction mount which actually works. The unit has a range of features which I don't need but nonetheless they will be useful for many drivers. However the screen is not large and that is OK with maps but trying to use the pop up keyboard is a problem if you have bigger than elfin fingers. Perhaps a pointer should be provided.
Quicker GPS acquisition than previous model, but this has too many flaws. Address search is hit and miss, often coming up with no results. Video playback via the touchscreen has never worked, but worst of all, when not in use it goes into sleep mode which drains the battery meaning unless youre on a long drive and it has time to charge its always telling you the battery is critically low and shuts down, which is not useful when youre trying to get somewhere. I wouldnt buy again.
Improved version of my previous dash cam / GPS, but still has issues. Is unreliable at times, turns off for no reason, battery goes flat overnight if not plugged to power source, has frozen a few times. Was not recording automatically as it said it does in the instructions so missed getting footage of a dangerous driver. Since then I have to check its recording each start. Takes ages to download updates. Even so, I would still recommend as a handy 2 in 1 device.
This product should never have been approved.All black on white background with small letters in street names that cant be easily seen. Very bad. The speed is so small it cant be easily found or understood.
The feature I realy like warning of going over posted speed limit. I use the 2 ding option. Address search from phone is handy. Hands free phone feature is also good. Overall all am satisfied. Won't connect to computer for backup or map update supprised me
Brought this online from auto barn and couldn't enter addresses only via the app.So contacted the online store who advised me to contact my nearest auto barn.Took it to the Redback Plains shop whom were terrific and realised there was a fault with the device and promptly swapped it out for another device. Going home this afternoon hit the home button and I find it shows my location 6 or so kms east of were I am on a totally different road. and it kept putting location on the wrong road. So I turned it of to let it cool down after sitting on my windscreen all day. Eventually it showed my correct location on the Centenary High way and when I got into my driveway it was still showing my location some 10 - 15 Kms back on the Centenary Highway. The typing key pad is way to small so it takes multiple attempts just to type in an address a big fail by Navman on this product The screen is too small and it is a devils job to alter your home or work address
