My partner gets cold sores often and he found that this works better than most cold sore cream/patches
My girlfriend suffers from monthly rash/cold sore flare ups once a month or so, despite daily lysine intake. She wanted something that wasn't as chemical/medicated for everyday use when she feels the rash coming up. I'm happy to say that this product seems to have decreased the extent of her flares, but has not controlled them completely.Notes are that it tastes a bit odd (but you shouldn't be eating it anyway!) but smells pretty good!
