NasaMist Extra Strength Hypertonic Saline Spray is a sterile natural soothing saline spray. Applying a gentle fine mist in the nose is an excellent way to keep the nasal passages moist. So I'm sick and pretty congestion. I wanted to try a saline spray to try and get some relief, since my congestion made my sinus feel like it's made of rock. This...sort of worked? It gave me a little bit of relief. It changed my sinus back to a normal stuffy feeling instead of solid rock, but it only lasted for about an hour or so. The bad thing is that it made me feel a buring feeling behind my eyeballs, which was incredibly off putting. The spray nozzle is also a very weird shape and if you have a small nose, it's hard to maneuver it in. This will probably work better if someone only has mild or medium congestion, not as bad as I have.

Our family have always found NeilMed to be a superior brand of nasal products, and this Hypertonic Spray is no exception. For a family of allergy sufferers, we notice the benefit of daily rinses with this spray. Easy to use (even for our pre-teen son) the fine bubbly mist is actually comfortable to feel inside your nasal passages, infact afterwards they do feel cleansed, moisturised and soothed as it suggests on the packet! I also find it particularly useful to clear that hard to reach phlegm at the back of your throat, when you spray and draw the liquid to the back of your throat and then spit it out, your whole nose and throat feels cleared! Great product! Thank you for stocking this product, it's hard to find locally in shops.

I have been using neilmed nasal.moat for me and my kids for almost 6 months now and I am very happy with the results. I can breathe more easily just after 2 sprays. I prefer to take it before going to bed at night time for a sound sleep. The only thing that I don't like is the fragile nasal tip which is defective most of the time even in new spray.

Always good to have a saline spray in the house during cold and allergy season. This NeilMed extra strength saline mist is affordable, easy to use, and an effective decongestant even for kids. Clears out nasal passages without being too overpowering and I haven't felt any burning or stinging like I have with other brands. This feels moisturizing and soothing, highly recommend!
I suffer with severe allergies, sinuses infections and sinusitis. I’ve tried so many things. This product really works. It soothes dry painful nasal passages and promotes drainage. It helps significantly with congestion. I love that it is drug free as well.
Wow. My 3 year old boy suffers from SEVER allergies and every night has a clogged nose so much so that SOMETIMES he’ll wake up puking all the mucus up in the morningI use this ALONG with the great value children’s allergy med and it helps him sleep through the night. I should’ve use this a long time ago. The tricky part is convincing him to let my put this up his nose lol
I’ve purchased this product 5 times and 4 times the product did not work. They would not spray at all. I’ve purchased other products from this brand and have always had a heat experience except for this one. Try the larger purple model instead.
I use this spray in my nostrils while lying down. I pull it up in my sinuses and it clears congestion. It's safer than more complex chemicals. I like this brand better than other brands I've have tried. It's a little trouble getting the plastic overwrap off before use, but the overwrap keeps it sanitary, so I won't complain about that.
