This pedal is lots better than the cheapo lightweight flat pedal that comes with most Casio and other pianos - even the ones with weighted keys. Feels like a real piano and heavy enough to not move around on the carpet beneath the keyboard. Hope it lasts awhile....we'll see about that. Solved our problem and priced nice so I gave it five stars!

Nice pedal, works well, simple connection. After a couple of weeks developed a loud annoying squeak. Was a problem as mic picked it up. Resolved issue with spray lubricant.

Using it with a couple of keyboards: Nektar Impact LX 49; NI KOMPLETE KONTROL S49It took a while for me to determine whether it was working or not with the S49. However, the NI website clears it up as well as the manual. Problem solved when properly set up. It worked without any hassle on the LX 49. I just played a note on my Push2 and hit the pedal while it was still connected to the LX 49 and it sustained the Push2 note in Ableton Live 10 Suite. Not sure how that's working, but I will be checking into that. Might be linking an association to the VST.Cosmetics-wise, the rubber foot pad could use some better adhesive, but that's not something to fret over. I would suggest that some sort of rubberized stress relief be added to future pedals where the cable enters ... MoreUsing it with a couple of keyboards: Nektar Impact LX 49; NI KOMPLETE KONTROL S49It took a while for me to determine whether it was working or not with the S49. I see that as the focal point for any catastrophic damage to occur without much effort on the part of the user. I'm handy, so I will be adding my own protections to that area before my cord gets sheared off.Other than that, it seems pretty solid and I hope to get some mileage out of it.

I will be testing it out this coming New Years Eve. I think it will be a valuable asset when it comes to the karaoke parties that I hold from time to time. It's looking very good.
Build at obvious quality standard.Tested on Synth and Groove box, works exactly as described.
Overall:So I bought this expecting to have to replace it sooner than later (I got my first piano and needed a sustain pedal ASAP) and I'll be honest, it works like a dream. I have inside dogs, and wood floors, so it does tend to slip a bit when I forget to wipe it down from time to time. IF I had a major complaint, the pedal has begun to squeak a bit after about 3 days of use. Nothing some WD40 didn't fix.
Oh this pedal is brilliant. I bought this for my studiologic piano and it is sooo much better than the stock sustain pedal. Feels great underfoot. Excellent action and built like a tank. Recommended ++++++
Was surprised by the weight of this unit and with the rubber bottom, it stays where you put it. (On a commercial grade carpet, anyway). Pedal is responsive, and it came with a thick piece of plastic covering the chrome pedal, so I left it on there. Plug 'n play, no worries. Will it last? I don't know, I have had it 2 weeks, but so far it performs exceptionally.
