Make sure you get the “Riche” extra moisturizing one and not the regular one (so the one that is JUST Lumiere Firm Illuminating and Tightening eye cream-ten dollars less-not worth it). The “riche extra moisturizing “ Neocutis eye cream is soooo moisturizing and lays well under makeup during the day and is great at night too! Helps dryness under eyes, crows feet, wrinkles, etc. Love this eye cream!! There are so many eye creams that make zero difference, but this one is really great! Try it!

I usually use a highly emollient eye cream. But I wanted to try some thing with other ingredients, like caffeine, that was still moisturizing enough for daytime. So far this eye cream has been fantastic. It is not too thick, layers well under makeup. It sinks in easily and feels like it is tightening without any drying feeling. I can’t speak to any long-term effects just yet, but this is definitely a high-quality eye cream. And the hygienic dispenser is genius. Love it. For reference, I am 53 and have very dry skin.

I wanted to try this because it advertised lifting, firming, & diminishing of puffiness. I used it for about 10 days. It was pleasant to apply. Unfortunately I saw no change whatsoever regarding any of those concerns. That may be too short of a trial, but puffiness is my top issue, and I can see a difference within an hour when using my old standby, Indie Lee I-Waken serum. The simple little tube is extremely easy to control and travel-friendly, which this Lumiere product is not, though it may be slightly less vulnerable to contamination. I returned it to Dermstore. Now back to my standby, ever more appreciative.

I gave four stars because its ingredients are SO similar to that of the Neocutis Bio Cream moisturizers (aside from the eye cream’s caffeine) that I’m not really sure why the separate eye cream would be necessary, and I’m not sure whether I will repurchase again. I do not have dark circles and just turned 30, so it may work distinctly well for scenarios that don’t currently apply to me, but I am primarily using it preventatively and to minimize further eye wrinkle development. I was looking for an eye cream and stumbled upon this brand and set. I read up on it and it seemed like a great product. I'm disappointed with the eye cream but happy with the face serum. The serum has a great texture and seems to already be improving my skin after only a couple of weeks. The eye cream is a disappointment. I love the texture of the product but for me, it doesn't really moisturize my eye area. It actually seems drier than before. At this price point, I really expected better. I'm happy I discovered the serum though.

I’ve searched high and low, far and wide for a non irritating eye cream that also moisturizes and prevents fine lines and sagging. Although I can’t attest to this product preventing age related sagging, I can confidently say that this is my go to eye cream that excels beyond any others that I’ve tried in past. The application is perfect- I hate dipping my fingers into jars. The pump dispenses the perfect amount so less guess work. The product applies and absorbs like butter into my skin and I feel instantly hydrated. My eyes are super sensitive but this doesn’t make me teary or break out in weird bumps. Which is a total win for me. I’m like 4 bottles in and plan to keep this in my rotation.
I'm always in search of a good eye cream and this one fell just a little short of checking all the boxes for me. I find this cream to be very moisturizing with a smooth application and non-greasy finish. I like the fact that it contains growth factors which I feel has helped with my undereye puffiness, dryness and undereye darkness (especially with my allergies).Since using this product for a few months, every night and sometimes during the day, I haven't really noticed a big difference with the fine lines under my eyes. However, it has helped with keeping my crow's feet areas fairly firm and hydrated.
After stumbling across this, I waited a few months to buy it. It seemed wayyyy too expensive. This was my first Neocutis puchase, and I was instantly impressed! It feels soooo soothing, and absorbs very well. I noticed improvements within the first week. The Extra Moisturizing Illuminating & Tightening Eye Cream is now my holy grail of skin products. A tiny dot under each eye is all that’s needed. This small bottle is overpriced, but worth it. Fingers crossed that the formula stays the same.
I ordered this product the second time. I like how smooth and light it feels on the skin. Though I have not seen any noticeable improvements. But I have not seen it with any other eye products either. I like this one because of it's texture. I am not trilled about the packaging. For an eye cream, it's pretty big and bulky. Makes it difficult to pack when travelling. Some face creams come in a smaller bottle. I am also not thrilled about the pump. Yes, it's pretty small, and a tiny amount comes out. But you never know how much of the cream is remaining. You get very surprised at the last drop. Reordering may take a few days, so you have to have a backup. A smaller clear packaging would make it a five star cream. One star goes down for this.
