Nespresso Citiz Coffee and Espresso Machine by De'Longhi With Milk Frother, Black

So let me just start with the fact that I LOVE Starbucks coffee and I am a mom! So good coffee is a must have in my household. However, when you are on a set budget you can’t afford coffee from the store every day. That’s why I decided to look into cider makers. Nespresso by Delonghi looked awesome! Extremely hot, and takes no time for a great coffee, so many choices of capsule, best cappuccino milk frother!

I think this is the all time best way to make a perfect cappuccino- I always rinse my cup with hot water first - and it NEVER fails even on coldest day, I have the quickest, easiest, with choices of so many capsules (so even for budget conscious or for not concerned) you will find great tasting coffee to suit everyones budget and taste also! You will never look back especially if your a Good Guy buyer get extended warranty (replacement guarantee just in case) and try the double shots when you r/c your $20 concierge bonus - it pays off! Fantastic machine!!

I’ve had several Nespresso original capsule machines. This one is by far the best. It makes an exceptional cup of espresso (I use Peets Ristretto capsules) and the frother is well worth the money. The machine not as noisy as my others have been, but isn’t quiet, by any means. That’s the only con I’ve found. It’s a simple machine for a simply perfect cappuccino. Absolutely worth it, since I am clueless on the use of regular espresso machines. Clean up is very easy. The “trash” portion where used capsule fall is large, and will hold around 7-8 used capsules before needing to be emptied.I highly recommend this machine over the Nespresso brands, which are pricier and mostly plastic. Have been buying this machine for years

We like the simplicity of this machine and consistency of a good coffee when tired and bleary eyed in the mornings. To reduce costs, Nespresso often have good deals with their pods online.The only reason I don't give it a five star is for the environmental impact.1. Unfortunately, the machine doesn't have a long life, so we always get concierge which tends to come in handy after the regular Nescafe warranty runs out.2. I don't like the waste so judiciously recycle the pods through Nespresso recycling programs, 3. Nespresso machines don't like you to use any other pods, I'm afraid of using reusable pods as it makes a strange sound in the machine, and they also don't like you to mix other pods into the recycling, even if they are also aluminium.

I love my Nespresso CitiZ!

This Nespresso CitiZ machine is amazing. I absolutely love it. I've had it for about 4 months now and use it DAILY. I love the convenience of having quick and high quality espresso every morning. Other espresso machines cook the espresso differently and often causes heart burn for me. This machine does not cause me any heart burn! I love how quickly it heats up and brews a shot if espresso. I also love the built in milk frother. I only need 1 power cord for each device and can heat and frother milk while my espresso brews. It's brilliant! I am so happy with my purchase that I convinced my BFF to buy one also! I highly recommend the Nespresso CitiZ machine!

It makes nice coffee, but usually I'd prefer to drink a greater volume of coffee (though still less than the tubful many people drink!). This is only a single--shot machine. Using the espresso button makes a tiny amount of coffee. Using the lungo button adds more water, but the product is then very limp. It would be possible to do two espresso cycles with two capsules, and then water it down just a little. But that would be a very expensive cup of coffee!I've been experimenting with cheaper third party capsules to save money and happily I've found an excellent product: Jeds, at Countdown, is only at 60 cents a cup. We prefer it to any of the 'genuine' Nespresso capsules we've tried and it saves 30 cents a cup! Perfect Coffee Machine

I purchased this coffee machine for our holiday house having purchased the Latissima Plus years ago. I have found Delonghi to be a reliable brand and the reason I switched to the Citiz and Milk was to the good price and ease of cleaning the milk frother compared to the Latissima Plus. I have also found the Citiz and Milk also makes a much hotter coffee. The used capsule container is a good size as is the water vessel. I also like the customisable settings for Latte and Espresso. This is a compact machine that takes up minimal space on my bench and its good looks are an added bonus. Overall this is my favourite and most frequently used appliance. It is simple to operate, easy to clean and excellent value for money!

Quick and easy to use

Easy to use, easy to set up. Coffee tends to come out a little more watery than a typical espresso but it's a good option if you don't want to mess around with a more complex manual machine. Coffee can sometimes taste a little bitter or burnt but this may be more because of the unknown age of the coffee grounds in the pods rather than the machine itself. Might benefit from grinding your own beans and purchasing a separate reusable capsule set like Bluecup. Machine doesn't have temperature adjust features, so results may vary with this method. Milk frother works well but milk and foam will separate quickly if not poured straight away. Highly recommend warming cups before using if you like hot coffee as the temperature is lower than what will come from a steam frother.

Sometimes Simple is better

We replaced our Nespresso Vertuo machine after having to replace it twice in 2 years. Don't get me wrong, the Vertuo was a terrific machine, made brilliant coffee, but had no resilience.When we purchased the Vertuo we also purchased the Concierge Package, which has proven to be a really good investment.The process to replace it with the Citiz & Milk Capsule machine was very easy and The good Guys were very good about it. Im extremely happy with my purchase and recommend the Nespresso Citiz and Milk Capsule Machine. My mother-in-law is a huge coffee drinker and she gave me the tick of approval with her first coffee along with the other 10 ladies that camped at our place. I love that there are so many choice of coffee. I have recently purchased the World Explorations pack and am enjoying the flavours so far. My fave to date would have to be Cocoa Truffle, Indonesia, Columbia, Paris and the new Limited Edition Miami.
