Neutrogena Bright Boost Illuminating Serum 30ml

I was selected to try the NEUTROGENA BRIGHT BOOST ILLUMINATING SERUM for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion and I loved it! The serum has tiny shiny particles in it and a delicious scent that makes practicing my nightly skincare routine so much more exciting! I have been using this product every night for over a week now and have already experienced incredible results!The product comes in a dropper style container which I find a little hard to use. My skin immediately has a nice glow and looks much more radiant. I love that the product is oil free, alcohol free and non-comedogenic.Since I have been using this illuminating serum for over a week now, I can honestly say that this product has wowed me. My skin is normally always red after I shower and when I am not wearing makeup and my skin (for the first time in years) is an even tone and texture. Thanks to turmeric extract and Neoglucosamine my dark spots and redness have drastically reduced. This is my new favourite beauty product and I will be recommending this to all my family and friends!

I have started using this product even before I got the testing products. I have to say this is the best moisturiser I have found and I have emptied two jars already. I am absolutely in love with its texture which is in between gel and cream. I have combined skin type. My T zone is also oily and cheek are always dry. Gel moisturiser seem to be drying out my face and moisturiser cream block my pores and crear more oil. And this product balanced my need of moisturising but not heavily covered my face. It’s lightly scented and easily spread. It leaves a really thin layer after application for a few seconds then fully absorbed into skin. I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. Her skin always looked absolutely amazing. And this is what she said she was using, I bought it 😑 You seriously have no idea how much I wanted this to work. At the time, I was using a higher end, "clean" line, and it definitely wasn't as affordable as this line. At the time, I actually wasn't layering many products at all, just the serum that went with this and an eye cream- THAT- IS- ALL - And it pilled SOOOOOOO bad. I tried every way in the world to avoid it. Whenever I pulled out the dropper from the jar, there was so much of the serum stuck to it and every time I tried pumping little would go in. I ended up using the dropper more like a spatula to put the product each time.I felt like this was more of a cream than a serum. I also feel like given the price tag, I wouldn't say it is necessary or a must-have. I would recommend it, but personally I do not think it would be something I would want to use again. I have only recently started doing a face routine, so I suppose I am not entirely sure what I should have been expecting. After my very first moisturizer ran out, I decided to try this.I found that it caused pilling, sort of a grimey feeling on my skin. I went in to the store and spoke with the skin care sales associate. She suggested instead of switching, I use a moisturizer underneath. Once I purchased a Clinique moisturizer and used it 5 minutes before this product, the pilling stopped.Now, does it work? I think my skin looks a bit better, maybe. I am honestly not sure what I should be expecting. I am about halfway through the jar.

This is a nice moisturiser to use in the evening or at night and if you want the instant glow but I would not recommend it as a day cream.

This product makes my skin feel very smooth, silky and soft. I love touching my face after I’ve used it, together with the other Neutrogena Bright Boost range as my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth. A little goes a long way with this product.The cream slowly absorbs well into the skin and within a few hours you won’t be able to feel it. I like the feeling of a moisturised, smooth, soft face throughout the entire day but unfortunately, I don’t feel this way with this product by the end of the day.There is micro glitter in the formula but it isn’t a problem as the glitter disappears once the product has been absorbed into the skin. Not a good purchase for me

This cream made my skin so dry it actually made it wrinkle more. It also has mica in it which leaves a glitter all over your face. I use Hydroboost Sunscreen and I love it. I also love the Rapid Release Wrinkle Repair. But the Bright boost was not moisturizing at all and my skin looked terrible after only 2 uses. I only used it twice because my skin literally hurt it was so dry. I called Neutrogena and asked for a refund, which I never do, and they were very nice and said that the refund was in the mail. However, that was several months ago and I have not recieved anything thus far.
