I work with my hands, sewing and knitting daily and they really take a battering. I've tried all sorts of hand creams and lotions but this is the best by far - by a long way! As well as having dry skin on my hands that creams weren't resolving, my cuticles were also really dry and horrid looking but after a week of putting this cream on every night at bed time and massaging into my cuticles, my hands were as good as new. Brilliant and smells lovely too!

Nice handy tube that you can take out & about. Really helpful at this time when need to be constantly washing or sanitising your hands. Found that my hands had become very dry and nails very brittle and constantly breaking and peeling. This has a rich creamy consistency with a light fresh aroma. I found that just a small amount was needed when applying. It spreads easily and instantly soaks in, refreshing and moisturising leaving hands feeling and looking lovely and smooth. It doesn't leave any greasy of sticky feel like some rich hand creams. After using daily for a couple of weeks I have also noticed a great improvement in my nails. My nails look healthier, feel stronger and are far less prone to breakage and peeling. Good value for money too.

I have only been using this product for a few days but I already love it. It absorbs in quickly, you only need a small amount each time, it has a clean fresh scent and my hands and nails already look better and healthier. I only bought one because I wanted to see what it was like but I will be buying more so I can keep in handbag, on desk, by bed etc! Would definitely recommend

I have been using Neutrogena hand and nail cream for many years. When I first used this cream I felt it was different and then noticed it says “New Formula”. I’m not sure the new formula is better except for the texture and initially it felt sticky after applying. A mistake I made was I used too much! “It does exactly what it says on the tin.” My hands get very dry and so do my cuticles. This cream not only improved my hands but also the condition of my nails. So for me it will still be my go to hand and nail cream.
Lovely hand cream, leaves my hands feeling very hydrated and moisturised without any greasy residue. For the price it’s great! There is a strong fragrance, but it dissipates once rubbed into the skin. Not sure how well it’ll help my nails as I’ve only used it a few times, but overall, a great hand cream for dry skin at a very affordable price.
I've been using neutrogena hand and nail cream for ages and found it effective for very dry skin on my hands. The hydrating effect lasted a long time. However, the last few I've bought say "new formula" on them and they are not at all effective. The lotion is watery and does not moisturise my skin. I've ended up going through the product very quickly in an (ineffective) effort to moisturise my hands. I won't be buying it anymore. Please go back to the old formula.

I've been using the excellent Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Unscented Hand cream overnight for years (the red-capped one) under hand-cream gloves and it worked a treat for my chapped hands. That wasn't available but, having read the reviews of this "upgraded formula" one, I assumed it was just the same (or even better) apart from being a scented version. How disappointing to find that it's a totally different, inferior product. It has a thin, runny consistency - just like any ordinary, basic hand-cream. It did nothing for my chapped hands. If anything, it seemed to make them worse. It does absorb quickly but that's probably due to a high water content. The scent is pleasant enough but a bit too strong for my liking. I won't buy it again.
I usually purchase a more expensive hand and nail cream, but with the cost of living rising thought I’d give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised! This hand cream has a lovely consistency which glides onto the skin and rubs in well. My hands are always very dry and this cream keeps my hands hydrated and smooth. Definitely a keeper.
I had a tube of this in my raincoat pocket from last year. I took that raincoat to hospital when I had surgery and found it when I was recovering. The (major) Surgery dried my skin somthing terrible on the hands and where I was strapped up on the operating table..My finger and toe nails were brittle, as though something had been taken from my body (or replaced with medications) I took off my support stockings and did my ankles feet and toe and finger nails with this ointment (immediately after I found it, in my pocket) the next day I was surprised the nail was stronger not flakying brittle; completely moistened.I filed shape into the nail and the whole hand looked "professionally finished" I had self esteem enhancement.
