I have the Retinol Pro+ Eye Cream by Neutrogena. This eye cream targets wrinkles and dark circles around the eye. This product is for those who are already using a retinol. It's fragrance free. It works amazing during the couple of weeks that I've been using it. You instantly see smoother, more hydrated skin. In 1 week, improved crow's feet, elasticity and brighter looking skin. In 4 weeks, improvement of dark circles, wrinkles and firmness. It's made with retinol (obviously), which is vitamin A. Formalized with a patented technology to deliver dramatic results. Also, I know it is the Neutrogena that is working because not only is it the only new thing I have added to my skincare regimen but I stopped all my other skincare steps (except for cleansing, of course) so I could determine if Rapid Wrinkle Repair works. After cleansing, I applied this product directly to my face, neck, and decolletage and then sealed it with The Ordinary's 100% Plant-Derived Squalane. I wanted Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair directly touching my skin to give it a proper chance to do its business, and it did! It is not drying in any way even though it has retinol in it. It is still very moisturizing (I have very dry skin), and my face, neck, and decolletage were properly moisturized and did not seem to miss the other hydrating steps I cut out of my regimen to try this product. Now I can resume my original skincare routine with this product added to it and I am soooo looking forward to it. This is an AMAZING product! This is a creamy textured and fragrance free product. I expected some drying with this product as this is the highest concentration of retinol Neutrogena has right now. Thankfully this has some hydrating ingredients so my skin felt softer and smoother after using. The product did not leave my skin dried or irritated instead it felt silky and smooth. This is fairly lightweight but I would use it in my nightly routine instead of the morning, having oily skin it didn’t work well under my makeup. I regularly use a retinol product but if you do not use one it maybe best to use every other day or every 3rd day to decrease any chance of irritation. As pictured this is a creamy product. So, I'm posting this to counter the haters out there. Please be aware that this is a cream with active retinol. If you know about skin products, you will know that active retinol is designed irritate and almost wound the skin (which causes the healing process to occur). In reality, this happens when your skin feels sore, shows red, scaly patches or is just sensitive. This is a sign that the cream is working. Rather than binning the product, I would say to cut back, use less and maybe only at night, or every second night. It still makes my skin sensitive if I overuse it - and I've been using it for years. It is actually the best cream I've veer come across and I've spent loads on medicated creams. Does as advertised

Purchased this a year ago, after being recommended by a dermatologist. It does as advertised. For a 44 year old, I'm blessed with good genes in the skin department as far as aging goes. I slso use a high SPF daily. This product has helped diminish the apoearance of the fine lines around my eyes. If you haven't used a retinol product before, start slowly. Also, less is more. Try starting twice a week, to reduce irtitation. Also, there's no miracle with wrinkle cresms, so don't expect it to work overnight or a few weeks. You will see results, just stick with using it. I've continued buying this.

Use retinol last in your night care routine it can penetrate lotions and oils this also prevents burning. Overtime if you want smoother skin sooner you can incorporate a chemical exfoliant which is safer and creates an even exfoliations for example Paula's choice BHA 2% Stay away from fragrances! To start off use the product once every other night. As your skin acclimates and sensitivity reduces you can move onto every night. Most importantly if you're using this product to prevent or treat wrinkles, use sun screen in the mornings too! Rain or shine, winter and summer! The number one cause of aging skin is sun exposure second to that genetics. This message is for all variations of skin color and texture!!

I noticed that the wrinkles on my forehead had lessened and I was no longer seeing the lines around my mouth. The only downside is that this product really made my face dry and peel; it’s definitely a strong retinol product!
