New Balance 2002R - Black - 7
Don't call it retro though. A mesh and synthetic overlay upper construction is rendered with sleek curves and cutout segments for a futuristic take on a classic look. The performance of a Stability Web equipped and N-ergy shock absorbing outsole, ABZORB midsole and ABZORB SBS heel cushioning offer comfort and performance that can't be pinned down with a date.

I purchased these bad boys for my son, and he loves them, but he loves all of his New Balance kicks, so of course, he'd love these! They look nice and expensive. The only flaw is they fit well, lol; A little too snug.

Really happy with this purchase! I needed everyday trainers that I could wear to work also and these are perfect. Super comfy and good clean pair to wear with many outfits!

This shoe is super comfortable. It has good cushioning and support. The fit is true to size. Shoe is well made with quality materials. It is also a very nice looking shoe. I've gotten a lot of compliments when wearing it. I would recommend this shoe and would definitely buy it in more colorways.

I bought these shoes for my son. When I looked at the back of them, it looked as if someone had already worn them before. I was really shocked, they were soiled at the back as well. Disappointed.
I don't use these as running shoes, but casual street wear. They're comfortable, light, and very stylish. I usually buy the 2002r or the 990s so they're very similar in style, but the 2002r don't make your feet look as big. Highly recommend
I wear 2002's for walking and casual wear, no running at my age. These are really nice looking shoes, they are comfortable, and they are reasonably priced. Fit to size even for my size 14 feet. These shoes have been made in a variety of styles and colors making them very desirable choices for anyone looking for the right pair of lifestyle shoes. Overall, I am very pleased with the 2002's that I have purchased.
These shoes are really comfortable and I use it for everyday use. It's so comfortable I had to snag two pairs (black fig and grey) in different color ways. Don't hesitate and buy a pair of 2002R and you will not be disappointed!
I ordered these online as a birthday present for my boyfriend but the box came ripped and the shoes had obviously been worn before, the bottoms were dirty, there was a few scuff, and it was missing an insole. I’m really upset that I spent this much money on them to arrive like this. I’m pretty disappointed, if I’m paying new price, I should be getting them new.
I'm admittedly late to the New Balance party, lol! Although I had a pair in the early 2000s, I haven't had a pair since. I knew NB has been on fire as of recent times, so I decided to try a pair. What I remember from back in the day was that they're SUPER comfy, and these 2002Rs definitely are! And they're great looking as well! I actually took them on vacation recently, and they definitely passed the test! I logged tons of miles in them while playing tourist, and my feet felt pretty great! These are very cushioned, and also have great support! I have the black/grey/white pair, and I swapped the black laces for grey ones. They really pop, and I got tons of compliments on them! All in all, these shoes are amazing, and I definitely recommend them! I actually just ... MoreI'm admittedly late to the New Balance party, lol! I use them for work. So, everyday wear. The shoe has a modern/retro look. Which is cool, they're lite, and somewhat comfortable. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're not a little more comfortable. Overall I like the shoe. And I plan on buying in different colors.
