Review after 2 months of usage the shoes gave away after 2 months of walking reflective material at heels started peeling off worst part the inserts just gave away compressed to paper thin layer of foam tried aftermarket inserts but none worked . In the nutshell lasted just about 2 months such a pity these would have been one of the most comfortable pair of shoes Butsuch an expensive let down . Avoid of you are extensive walker.

Love this model! Got it in the black/white but it has the Gray/Teal selected for me for some reason. Anyways, it's the most comfortable pair of NB's I own to date. I like them over the 960 models. Newer doesn't always equal better, and they hit it right with the 2002's!

Very Comfortable for hours of wear. Good quality material. Good arch support and fit. I really like the style and colors. I had to have them at first site. I am enjoying them and I totally recommend.

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers as my go-to walking shoe for more than a decade because they (at least the ones like this in the $150 range) were recommended by my podiatrist. They provide good support and the wide toe box allows room for my orthotics as well as for fairly thick cotton socks. (I always size up half a size to allow room for the orthotics and socks.) Was happy to find that Anthro was carrying them.
These shoes are so comfy! I have always worn other athletic shoe brands and was delightfully surprised to feel the support these offer. And they are so stylish too! Definitely my favorite pair of shoes I own.
I love my sneakers. The color is beautiful. They're very comfortable. When I received them they looked like they had been worn. I had to exchange them anyway because I got them a little too big. But for the price I paid they should never come looking worn or used. Besides that they're my new favorite sneakers.
Ordered up like the comments recommended. But the shoe was way too wide. Also received what seems to be the floor sample. Not even a new balance box. It has scribbled shoe size and shoe name. Unprofessional for the price.
I have ordered this item 2 times and both times have been sent the wrong size. I ordered a women’s size 7 and they keep sending me a women’s size 4. What makes this worse is that this is a gift and I can’t even give it since this error keeps happening. The shoe itself is nice although it would help if UO would send me the correct size. It also places an inconvenience on me going to return the shoe. Your fulfillment dept needs to have better measures in place to ensure items ordered are correct!
This is the second time I’ve ordered these shoes back to back. The first time, UO sent me a pair of Hokas instead that I didn’t order. I quickly reordered the correct pair because I saw they were almost out of them. Now I’ve received the right pair of shoes but they are literally falling apart!!
