I loved my NB 327s with the orange suede. But, As others have posted, the orange bled all over the white and completely ruined the shoe after getting slightly wet! NB wouldnāt do anything to make this right. I wasnāt expecting them to replace the sneakers but maybe at least a coupon code to buy another pair. After several emails with customer service and sending them numerous pictures and all the information they requested, they said āAfter reviewing the photos, we have determined there are no signs of any manufacturing issues. I found the sizing to be more comparable to that of Adidas over Nike. The appearance looking down is very triangular and different from what I'm used to, but from the sides it is good looking. Initially, I was a little concerned that the tops of my toes were going to rub the top inside of the shoe, but after about 5 minutes the sensation went away, so perhaps it was just a little stiff at the start. I've gotten a lot more picky about my sneakers, as I want them to be a healthy shoe for my foot health now instead of just a cute, sporty vehicle. I haven't worn the New Balance brand in awhile, and found this shoe to be comfortable, have good support and structure, is easy to walk in, and very stylish. Please do not waste your money like I did. Whatever you do. DO NOT BUY THE PAIR WITH ORANGE FELT ON THE HEEL. I didnāt take a picture, but they looked exactly like the other review after I tried to wash them. I called customer service and she said there was nothing they could do and that they would absolutely not be refunding me my money or replacing the product. She said the site states that the cleaning instructions are to use a ātoothbrush and dye free detergentāā with Iām assuming water because I donāt know how you would clean a shoe without water. I told her that even if I wouldnāt have washed them they would have done this if I got caught out in the rain and what do you know the other review said thatās what happened!! So with that said, I think many negative reviews regarding shoe comfort is contributed to by wearing a shoe thatās not big enough to let oneās foot expand. Iāve also bought larger socks over the last year and thatās also a contributing factor to my overall increased foot comfort. Realistically, Iām not nearly as comfortable in a sock that fits a womenās size 4-10 as I am in a sock that fits a womens size 8-12 (considered an XL). My new shoe size is 10.5 to 11, depending on the shoe and how it runs.I purchased these in 11ās, having bought a couple of New Balance soft shoes that I love in 11āsā¦ the bigger size shoe accommodates my bigger size socks. The overall effect on my foot comfort is the difference between sitting in the rear of the airplane in a middle seat with your knees crammed into the seat in front of you to sitting in a premium seat with inches to spare between your knees and the seat in front of youāI think having an adequately roomy shoe and sock make a huge difference when it comes to comfortā especially in a completely closed in shoe style. In a closed in style like a sneaker, you donāt worry about sliding off a platform like you might with a sandal slide shoeā¦ of course you donāt want a shoe so big your heel comes out of the back of your shoe when you walk. But there may be a better, more comfortable size differential that gives you as much or more comfort that just assigning blame to the shoe design for discomfort. Iāve had 7 foot and ankle surgeries over the last 18 years and my podiatrist also thinks people (women especially) hold on to their smaller shoe size like itās a badge of honor to squeeze into a size 8 when they need a bigger size. That mentality doesnāt serve our foot comfort.THIS shoe is very comfortable (in the ārightā size) with my feet of many issues! I wear them to walk the track, in my weight lifting to fast music classes and out and about doing errands. I typically get 10,000-14,000 steps a day in them. They are in the slightly heavier side of sneakers that I own because of the leather, the substantial sole and the very cool looking back wrap and front ascending wrap in an amber color that really jazzes up the mostly black with white trim shoe. Because mine are only a few weeks old and I love how comfortable they are, Iāve worn them a lotā¦ not only because they feel so good on but because I love how they look and enjoy getting compliments and inquiries about them. I rarely come how and change into house shoes with these because I donāt experience that āgotta get these tight shoes off my feet before I dieā feeling. When your shoes start feeling like a bra thatās shrunk during the day, that should be a red flag that either the shoe size or shoe design (or both) is not serving you well.Another lady in one of my exercise classes wears this style in the white to class and she loves hers. I am going to order a pair in white since I like the style and fit of my black ones. The base trim of the shoe has a slight flair profile to it and I feel like that gives an extra bit of stability to the shoe, as does the little āoctopusā like bumps on the sole lining.All in all, one of the best New Balance shoes I have ever bought. My activity shoe rotation brands also include Asics, and Brooks and I am willing to pay for the comfort of a great fitting and great feeling shoe that also looks great. Worth the investment.
Great kicks - I got the white/beige in Women's US 8.5, EU 40. I'm normally an EU 39 in non-sneakers, but I've tried that size in the past in this model and it pinched a bit in the toe. There's a little heel slippage for me in the 40, but using alternative lacing (loop at the top) resolves it. 4 stars only because the sizing is a little inconsistent from the norm.This color combo is fantastic; it's slightly off-white, with a cool, putty-toned beige on the N and on the sole - the sole in particular is gorgeous and I prefer it over the warm-beige gum color that the all-white and some of the other color combos use. This coordinates so well with natural linen tones; perfect for summer! Planning to continue wearing with jeans and my usual black as well.

Took a while to get the right size but I love them.however after 2 1/2 weeks of wearing them every day on New York City pavement, they were already starting to not support my foot and falling apart a little.These feel super industrial! I wore them nearly every day for four weeks and they are fantastic! Super easy to clean. The majority of my uppers are white, I thought they were leather, but I think they are a type of synthetic foam with some leather accents. That part is disappointing, however, they are very comfortable unlike other synthetic sneakers Iāve worn in the past. I highly recommend these. I sized up due to abuse to my feet over the years ( dance, sports, High Heel shoes, and 2 pregnancy's (.5)+each time), size adjustments have left my feet less than perfect condition so I was hesitant on just getting a size 8 as planned. Never trying these on in person and based on the stated width of ( B) I ordered a 8.5... I wanted wider width for toe area. The first time putting on seemed a little tight with socks in that space until I made the lace adjustment and quick break in of a day. Probably over thought it and could have gone with an 8. I usually wear 8.5 in athletic shoes (occasionally an 8), 9 in dress shoes because my feet are a little wider. Many reviews said go down 1/2 size but I went with my usual 8.5 and any smaller would have been TIGHT. Iād say true to size, but they are oddly wide in the heel and even as someone with wide feet it seems to slip off just a little. The middle/arch is much narrower, even a little tight and then the toe box seems just right for wide feet. Not bothersome enough to return but I worry a little about comfort if wearing all day just based on wearing them for the last hour. I thought I read enough reviews to make a decision. New Balance has been around a while I should be able to choose any of their shoes and know the brand has me covered. I loved the look of these shoes I needed them to be comfortable while wearing to the gym. I don't run I walk fast on the treadmill at a pretty steep incline and use the elliptical at a steady pace of 3.5 level 1. Week one I got a blister on the back of my heel. Not a terrible one but still a pea sized blister. The inner soles feel weak not enough padding to cushion my feet while moderately walking on the treadmill. I had higher expectations. I have been wearing the shoes going on 2 weeks a one wonder daily if I should return them.
