I bought these last week and even though the delivery said they would be here on Saturday, they arrived today. The product is great and they look like they're good quality but they are such a different colour from the photo. I wanted to cancel my order, but wasn't allowed so now I've got the aggro of sending it back which of course it's not to do with the product but with House of Fraser overall. if I'd know we're going to be an entirely different shade of silver I wouldn't have bought them. I was also misled by the price and I thought they were 80, but upon reading that's only if you've got a House of Fraser card. I feel like I've been set up for failure and it's really put me off buying Again. I brought this 3 months ago and I've been wearing them everyday! And most importantly stick to your usual size! I wear a size 40 and after reading the reviews of people saying to size down I bought a 39.5. I regretted it right away and bought a 40 as usual and they fit me perfectly even after months of wearing them:) super happy

Love them! My new favorite shoes. True to size and they're super lightweight and comfortable they make great gym and walking shoes. Love the nude color and I always get several complements every time I wear them!

These shoes are so comfortable. They feel like they run a bit bigger than my other new balances so if you’re between sizes, definitely size down. I wore them this weekend walking for hours through a city in the rain and they’re very resistant to stains. They go with everything and are my new staple shoe.
I do not want to take them off. The comfiest and cutest colour of green joggers. I can dress them up with jeans and a cute basic top and then i literally wear them for my hot girl runs and netball. Sizing is perfect, if anything quite roomy! Love them sm
I ordered a W8/M6.5 and instead received W6.5/M4.5. it looks like everyone who received this shoe this week received the wrong size. Very disappointed especially because the shoe is no longer available in the size I need. Seems like they were just throwing shoes in boxes and shipping them.
You guys delivered a 7.5 in Men’s when I purchased a 9.5 in Men’s. How you guys got that mixed up is beyond me. My $5.00 reward was also applied to the order even though the shoes weren’t eligible for a discount. I either would like a complete refund or a replacement in the correct size. It’s a shame because i was really looking forward to receiving these shoes.
To my shock, I received a fully navy suede pair of a different sneaker. This is the second time I’ve received the wrong pair.Urban outfitters is not the place to purchase these. All you’ll get is wasted time and energy.
I recommend this shoe, but I don't recommend buying it from here. I received the completely wrong shoe not only once but TWO TIMES? I ordered 9 W / 7.5 M and was sent a 7.5 W / 6 M..... I saw a review saying someone else got the wrong size but I thought it probably wouldn't happen multiple times. I went in to return the shoes at an urban store and had them order me a new pair with the correct size. It came and I received a 7.5 W / 6 M again. And now my real size is out of stock ... disappointing
i ordered a W10/M8.5 but got sent a W8.5/M7 i was upset at first but I tried them on and they fit perfectly. they matchup to any size shoe/sandal that i own which is so weird. so if you got the wrong size, try them on first . i have no idea why sizing is like this but its so weird how they fit perfectly when i’m not a size 8.5 in women’s.
