The shoe looks cheaper in person and the overall shape of the shoe just didn’t look right. The shoe was delivered horribly! Instead of leaving the shoe box at the door (as all big delivered items are left), they crammed an entire box into my mailbox! The box was completely compressed and that may be the reason the shape of my shoes looks odd.

I ordered a pair of Reebok 550 from Hibbett for my granddaughter’s birthday. I was continuously reminded by Hibbett as to the status of my order and the estimated arrival time. The shoes arrived on time and in great condition. When I needed to exchange the shoes for a smaller size, your customer service associate, Melanie, was very helpful and professional in instructing me how to complete the return and repurchase the correct size. Again, the communication from Hibbett was excellent in keeping me informed about the status of the repurchased shoes. Hibbett’s proactive communication is greatly appreciated. We searched all over for these shoes and thankfully found them at shoe palace. Fit is great! Shipping took a little longer gh. Expected but overall a great experience.
I’ve had these now for two weeks. They came on time and were packaged nicely and were in the right size. I love these they’re so comfortable and easy to wear with anything.
I love these shoes! I bought them for my daughter and they are so cute on her feet. Also very comfortable for her legs, which is what she needs! She can’t wait to wear them for school! Getting them in more colors.
Bought it for my 10yrs old daughter. Newblance is the only company who offered wide feet shoe. I wish NB provide more selection. All my kids use NB shoe for soccer as well. Unfortunately it is always in low supply or selection
These New Balance fit perfectly. They run small, so go a half size up. The colors are vibrant and uniform friendly.
Style runs small compared to most new balance styles. I normally were a size 6 in kids and I should have sized up to a 6.5. Very narrow in the toe box
Whilst they look good, the shoes are way too uncomfortable to walk in as they are very narrow and you can not sufficiently adjust the laces to reduce the issue. I have never had “wide feet” so seems to be a design issue.
