I ordered a pair of the white/green new balance 550. The box contained two different versions of the white/green shoes. One shoe in one green color, and the other shoe in another green color/design. My son didn't notice it until after wearing them so they can't be shipped back.

Glue binding the shoe has weakened and wrinkled part of the shoe. Shoe likely to fall apart with minimal wear. The leather underneath the glue is soft, malleable, and wrinkled unlike the other side of the shoe. The color on the sole is also chipping and has minimal lifting of the shoe from the sole.

Super comfortable, stylish shoes. These are seriously some of the best shoes I’ve ever purchased. Loved ordering from Foot Locker - they arrived super fast, even before the original estimated time.
Shoes arrived and discovered that one shoe has tongue torn off. Returned/exchanged shoes via ups and still waiting for new shoes.
I’ve only worn these a few times because they are very supportive and comfortable. The leather feels like it is good quality and will hold up for a long time. I wear a mens size 12 and these fit perfectly. If you have a wide foot, then it might not be the best fit, but I have regular width. They are a little heavier than most shoes (because of the rubber sole) but that’s not really a big deal.
I'm very disappointed, I bought the New Balance 550 Men's shoe in Blue & White. When I received it, we were sent the Black & White shoes. I called customer service to return the incorrect pair of shoes and I promptly asked the man that was taking care of this to order the correct New Balance 550 shoes in Blue & White. I made sure that he had the 8.5 size that we needed and he assured me more than once that they were available. The next day, I sent the incorrect shoes by UPS. Once they had been received, I got an email letting me know that they were received. We waited 3 weeks and never received the Blue & White pair that I had ordered.
