I wear almost entirely New Balance but unfortunately this pair is not up to their usual standard. Ordered 2 pair: 1 came broken at the toe and 1 lace broke after literally the first wear. We don't live in the US and was sad that despite sending pictures and trying to to return they declined. Usually expect more from a product quality and service standpoint from NB. We've had better luck with the Boa shoes, though they're quite heavy for running. Would suggest the Saucony kinarva as a better option.

I bought these for my son at the start of the school year. They are so cool and comfortable! He doesn’t complain about them bothering him and I love how easy they are to put on with the Velcro! They provide all day comfort! We’ve been buying my kids new balance shoes for the last few years since they started school. My son has a flat foot and has to wear inserts to help correct them. These are very easy to put in the inserts and keep them in. Our orthotist recommends this brand for any kind of orthopedic issue. They are great! We will keep buying them in the future!

I bought these a few weeks ago for my 4yo son who has wide feet. For reference, he's between sizes, a 10.5W and 11W, in Merrell Jungle Mocs, so we needed to find a better-fitting, wide, slip-on playground shoe. The 11W in these shoes fit very well. New Balance has historically run narrow on my boys, so an 11W in these is closer to the width of a 10.5M-11M in other shoes. Our son LOVES the rainbow colors. We're very happy with our purchase!

Unfortunately we bought the wide thinking they would be wide enough and they're no wider than the sketchers that we currently have for my son so we're having to return them. Disappointing that they say wide but they don't appear to be wider than a regular medium width shoe. Overall the quality seemed fine and my son liked the look of them, he was excited for a new pair of shoes but since we had to return them I can say for their true quality but they looked nice.
This is our go to shoe for our kid who has a high instep. These shoes comfortably close without any strain on the shoe closure. NB can't be beat for the quality detailing and sturdiness. These are versatile, weather resistant and made from breathable materials. Arrived promptly and customer service is exemplary. We are very happy with our purchase.

I purchased 2 pairs of these shoes for my granddaughter. On pair #1 the velcro strap on one shoe came unstitched and the strap separated but she really liked the shoes so I went ahead and bought another pair. Now on pair #2 the straps on BOTH shoes have come unstitiched. The shoes are really cute but just didn't hold up. Too bad!
My 6 year old daughter really liked these shoes, but they are no longer wearable after 4 months because the Velcro on one shoe has completely frayed to the point of uselessness and the other side is quickly fraying as well. I would not recommend these shoes for the price and longevity.
My 7-year-old daughter loves these sneakers and insists on wearing them every day no matter the outfit. She said they are comfortable and look great. She prefers New Balance over other sneaker brands. She is a Washingtonian after all (for those who don’t know, DC and New Balance go hand-in-hand).
Bought this for my 6 year old daughter. I'm so tired of buying those cartoon character shoes that are cute but don't last. I wanted to buy a dependable brand but not overpay, and these fit the bill. I love the rainbow ombre colors on the outside sole, and my daughter still needs Velcro, so I appreciated that this has that. These appear to be sturdy and last a few months, even though she's hard on shoes! I will say though that I wish the color selection was larger.
