I tried to order this pair of shoes, but the morning after I placed my online order (to pick up in store at the Costa Mesa, CA location), it was cancelled. I was trying to purchase my 6th or 7th pair of these shoes, as I had been a loyal New Balance customer for several years. Since my order was cancelled, I took my current pair of 880s (which I ordered on Amazon, and now suspect were fakes because the heel wore out so quickly) to the Costa Mesa location, and was one of five customers in the store with three store employees helping people. The two gentlemen in front of me were also complaining about the quick wear and tear, and overall quality of their newest shoes too. I told her, but then was completely turned off by the lack of service, and said "never mind" and walked out. I still love my 327s, but I replaced my 880s with a pair of Asics GT 2000. Sorry New Balance, your new shoes don't seem to have the same quality I've enjoyed in the past, and while I love the fact their from MA, and some are made in the USA, and your new store is pretty, the quality still matters most.

I have been looking for a pair of running shoes without any type of plate or rocker geometry, something that has been proven to be difficult considering the running shoe market. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I put these on my feet and they felt like an extension of my foot in the best possible way. There is a good amount of ground feel, while also feeling supported and comforted. I have found this to be a lightweight, daily trainer that I choose over the 1080 every day due to the inherent stability of the lower stack height. This reminds me of what the Saucony Kinvara and New Balance Beacon could have been. This are my first pair of running shoes that I actually researched about before buying. I actually watched several videos of people talking about them. I’ve been using them for 2-3miles run for a about a month and so far I have no complains. They were also a lot lighter than I thought they would be. Definitely an upgrade from my past old running shoes, I’m very happy with them. My only dislike was that they don’t come in many colors, I’m a very pink girl and when I saw there wasn’t a pink option I was a bit disappointed. Other than aesthetic purposes, they shoes are really good.
