The shoes are fine, but they came with no insoles! And then I was told I'd have to ship back the shoes, process and refund, then reorder. The poor customer service and quality control on this one made me rethink wanting to purchase from New Balance again, which is a bummer since they have great shoes for wide feet.

Good walking shoe. I'm over 70 and have wide feet. It is important to find comfortable shoes to be able to enjoy walking. These are very comfortable. I would recommend to a friend.

Great Shoes! Love the cushioning.Its important that much toes have enough room to be comfortable. And it feel like I am walking on a cloud. I will buy more from the website. I'm glad I got my first pair.
I walk 3 1/2 miles everyday. These shoes are the best I have used in many years. I highly recommend for serious walkers. I feel like I am walking on clouds. I will order other colors in this series.
Found these on sale on the New Balance site. Great for casual use. My other pairs are 990s, so these do not have the support of those for long distance running or walking. Very comfortable light shoe and the price was right!

I really thought the would not be sturdy & Id have to return them. But they are very comfortable, pretty sturdy for running & hiking. I was afraid i’d rip them hiking downhill but they didn’t & the bottom had a solid grip. Love the color too! 10 put of 10!

I tested them out by walking around the store and knew I had to have them.My only concern was while I was testing them they made a loud squeaking noise, but the representative assured me it would disappear with a little wear (he was right!). I took his word for it and bought the shoes.I've been wearing these shoes every day since I bought them and haven't even thought about wearing any of my other shoes. I can't believe it took me so long to discover New Balance again. They've definitely become one of my my favorite shoes. And I must say, the store representative was spot on with his recommendation. These shoes can handle everything from morning to night, long hours of standing, walking, and jogging. They're just that darn comfortable!
I use these shoes for playing sports like pickleball and outdoor basketball. their very comfortable and easy to slip on. They do get dirty easily but it's easy to clean them. overall good product!!!
