They broke immediately. I only got to wear them twice before the eyelet frayed and broke off. Also, just a warning, if they break on you, New Balance requires you to ship the broken pair back and you won't receive your refund for two weeks. Otherwise they were comfortable, while I could wear them.

At first glance the design of the 725s are great, I really appreciated the cool, yet subtle design elements of the side and upper -- and of course being NB's these things were incredibly comfortable as well. However, my one star review comes from the quality of the materials found on this shoe. When i first received my new pair of 725s, I threw them on for a quick try-on and unfortunately right out the box, the ribbon holding the shoe laces above the tongue snapped completely off. Upon further inspection, the stitching and glue of each ribbon seemed to be EXTREMELY poorly constructed and looked prone to breakage over time. For a shoe with more reliable materials and construction, direct yourself toward the 990 series or anything else with traditional eyelets for laces like the 2002r's. This pair was an instant return. Hope I get my money back soon.
These are the best sport training shoes I´ve had in a very long time. I´m gladly pleased with my purchase. I also own a pair of 9060´s which were a gifted to me that I also love. I´m looking forward to purchasing another pair of New Balance´s in the near future.
Bruh.. whatâs going on in that warehouse that 2 of us here received the NB 530s bc of a wrong label? I was so excited, was a birthday gift to myself. Rushed the order and everything, and then I get stuck with these. But of course now my size is on Backorder for the next eon so thereâs that..
I got these because I wanted a comfortable pair of shoes that were also stylish. They are super cute, but did not live up to expectations. They were too narrow for my wide feet, which isnât their fault, but they also started to fall apart after a while. I honestly expected better quality from new balance.
Iâm usually a womenâs US 5 or 6. Iâm surprised they sell 5.5 here! The length is perfect, but the width is narrower than other shoes in similar style. As shown in my photo, the width is actually similar to my converse which I have no problem with, but the 725 here has âcushion linerâ on the inside, so it feels even narrower than my converse which has no cushion/lining inside. Hope it make sense đ
Iâve tried to orders these in a womenâs 8.5 and Iâve been sent a menâs 8.5 three times. I even got on the chat support and the customer agent was very helpful. They said they would send a note and escalate the issue so I didnât get the wrong size the third time I tried to order this sneaker and for the third time I was sent the wrong size.
I was afraid these would look too bulky/masculine in person but I actually love them! The colorway gives it a softer touch. Itâs neutral enough to wear with anything! Iâm a 6, ordered womenâs 6 which is the same as EU37. They have a bit of room but thatâs ok, I donât mind it :) comfy for sure
