I have several pairs of 574s in various colors. Always comfortable right out of the box. Sometimes though, I have a hard time deciding between the size 8 and 8.5. In some I have an 8, others 8.5. It often seems the 8 doesn’t give the toe room I would like, especially with thicker socks. Overall, it’s a great, comfortable lifestyle sneaker with excellent color choices.

The 574 New Balance is my favorite model since it has a wide toe box and thick soles. I got the green and yellow colorway and they are a fresh pop of color on my outfits. This model is my go-to when I'm out for a walk or running errands. I never had any issues with quality of the shoes. They're stylish, functional, and comfortable.

I've never bought New Balance shoes before but these had the extra padding in front by the toe that works good for me. And these are a little bit wider in the front that I need. I only wore them once so far and they are very comfortable. The only problem I have with them is the heal slips a little so I have to tie them a little tighter but it works.

I am a true New Balance shoe lady. I love these 574 Sneakers. The fit is great; I always order a half size larger because I wear padded and thick socks and they are truly comfortable. The insole has a nice instep and arch cushion. I ordered these in both the tan and a pretty blue color. Very pleased.
The shoes are a marvelous color, olivine/dark stone; they are light weight and comfortable. This is my first pair of New Balance shoes and I’m very pleased with this purchase. I placed an order online and picked them up at Nordstrom Rack nearby. I LOVE these shoes.
I love the New Balance 574s! They have an impressive amount of support and ring true to the vintage, classic styles of NB sneakers. I took off one star because the shoe tongue is not fully covered with fabric, and although I didn’t notice it at first, it does show this in the photos. To me, it looks like bare furniture cushions and I’m just not a fan. Still a great shoe though and what’s good is other 574s have the tongue fully covered. :)
This classic design and model are reasonably priced, super cute and comfortable! It also is an available in a lot of fun color ways through NB themselves and cool collabs with others. They do run small, so consider ordering half a size up from your usual shoe size. My shoe size is a 7.5 and I must get another pair in a size 8 for room in the toe box.
Color Combo Magnet/ Vintage Indigo: I LOVE this color combo but not a fan of the unfinished/exposed foam on the tongue... they don't have my size in other colors so... not sure if I will keep them. I think this will not wear well and doesn't look finished. The tongue material is pilling at the edge, straight out of the box... pulling on this open seam over time...? buyer beware - some of the color combinations have an unfinished/exposed foam tongue. I'd recommend buying only the color combos that have a sewn/finished tongue.
I followed the advice of others and sized up a half size. I’m glad I did. I also ordered the wide width. I wore these all over Europe for 3 weeks. The only problem I had was that I did slip on cobblestone in the rain….quite a bit. That was a problem but shame on me for not taking rain boots. Otherwise very comfortable to wear all day long, walking up to 7 miles a day. No blisters or sore feet.
these are now my most comfortable shoes. I got these after being recommended to get walking shoes before college. I thought that all tennis shoes were comfortable until I got these. Now, all of my other shoes feel uncomfortable in comparison. Also, everyone who has these shoes loves to connect over them. They are cute and I bonded with friends over them, too.
