I was hoping to love these shoes, excited when I bought them, but seeing that I have yet to recieve them, and spent a week trying to get help through customer service, makes this review one star, only because I can't rate it any lower!! Horrible customer service thus far, no product, no refund, no reissue... Still waiting for missing package investigation, after two weeks.
