New Balance trainers were not as wide as expected, given that they look very similar to Brooks which I can no longer find. I may have been able to wear them in if it weren't for the hard seam against big toe joint and general poor quality. The quality was not what I expected for the price with highly visible glue remnants. I wouldn't usually leave such a negative review, as I know it's difficult to run a business these days, but I hate receiving reminders!

I have purchased this shoe for years and years. I super pronate, wear orthotics and toe gear, and it all fits in!I will comment that the quality of the upper materials has deteriorated over the last 3 years or so, so not so hard wearing as they used to be, particularly with the inside heel foam, as it now breaks down well before the rest of the shoe which is annoyig. The upper also has come apart from the sole as well.Saying this, value for money on a special, this is a really decent, really wide tortionally stable shoe, with a rigid heel support.

I am delighted with these trainers. I have very wide feet, due to rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, so find it very difficult to get anything to fit me comfortably. I bought these a half size smaller than I have been wearing because they are 4E wide and they have made such a difference. I could probably even have gone down a whole shoe size, but will keep these anyway.

We bought these shoes in July 2023. Shortly after they started to fall apart at the front as if the adhesive had a poor bond. Now they are basically in pieces at the front as if the adhesive never bonded correctly and this was a process that started when we bought them. We have had this model of shoe before and this has never happened so I am a little confused. I am an ultra marathon runner and use New Balance for all of my racing. I own multiple pairs of New Balance shoes and have used the brand for many years. These shoes seem very poor quality for New Balance and I wonder if they are made by another company and rebranded as New Balance?
Within 1 month of wear, the collar lining had worn away in multiple places. The laces were a very long length and therefore despite tying well, would drag and fray at the edges. The shoes sole is not very padded, and therefore provides little to no comfort when worn. I have good experiences with New Balance before, however this is the worse quality trainers I have ever bought and would not recommend anyone buying.
I tried to buy the shoes locally but they didn't have the black in my size. Pleased I tried on as didn't expect to fit the size I ended up being comfortable in. I also looked at reviews carefully before purchasing. I suffer from plantar fascitis & have had ankle injuries. So it was important for me to not make a mistake in choice of correct shoes. Highly recommend this style especially if you require a wider fit!
My nephew finds his new shoes very comfortable. It's hard to find affordable4E wide shoes that are durable. Shoes are true to width and size. Also convenient having Laybuy payment method available. Very pleased with finding your company online.
Great for school shoes. Our schools requirement is all black leather lace up prefered, so these tick the box as the nb logo is all black too. Daughter says they are nice and comfy and they are quite light too. Have proper rubber sole, not the horrible foamy ones. They are wearing well, so should last her until she grows out of them. Hoping for at least the full school year if not longer. True to nb sizing. And they offer a wide too
I have been buying this style of sneaker for many years. They give support and comfort and I wore them to work every day. Great for walking, or for a job where you stand most of the day. One pair would last me for a year when I was working, and wearing them every day. They have size widths to suit a wide foot and there’s plenty of room in the toe of the shoe, so they remain comfortable throughout the day.
I have worn this style and model of shoe for a number of years. I also have a white pair. They are extremely comfortable for my wider than normal feet. I use them as dress casual and when getting a bit older as footwear when completing work in our car race team. They are excellent for long hours on your feet when required on hard surfaces. After that they get used as general gardening shoes.
