Toe box just not adaquate. I don't know what it is with this style. Guess I need to return to my tried and true leather size 11 medium 900 series! Was really hoping to get a cuter style shoe, and wear it in comfort.

These are very cute shoes and seem to be comfortable so far. However they are a little bulky and the back of the shoe comes up high on your ankle. Almost to your lower leg. Very light weight and nice colors. I purchased pink, cream and grey. The prices were good through Joe's Outlet but the shipping was random. One pair came in 2 days after shipping and the others took a week and we're shipped the same day.

Took a couple wears to stop rubbing against the back of my heel - had to wear band aids over that spot the first couple times I wore them. BUT now that they aren't doing that anymore I am obsessed. They are so comfortable. Very supportive, feels like clouds compared to some of my other shoes. I plan on ordering 2 more in different colors. I had a foot/ankle injury & my physical therapist highly recommended these, I am so happy I took her advice!

Was so excited to find something stylish in wide widths. However, I received the shoes but found that the length was perfect yet while I could get my foot in, they squeezed my feet terribly and my toes poked out of the top. The heel was loose but the center of my foot and toe bed was horrible. I could not find my size in any store, but tried a 7.5 wide in another model of New Balance, and even those were horribly tight and too long. I was going to return them, but I gave to my daughter who wears a regular medium width in the same size I bought and they fit her perfectly. Ridiculous. Won't be buying this brand again until widths are improved. I also thought the cushioning was quite poor as the shoe felt rather hard and not as soft as I expected.
I was so excited for these because the design was so modern and they looked stylish addition to my beloved Roav collection but that's where the excitement ended. I always fit perfectly into an 11W but these feel much more snug. The footbed feels like it's going downhill, which if I wasn't already 6' tall with a painful case of halux rigidus, I might enjoy the extra height but I'm in so much pain with my toes being forced to the front of the shoe with every step and having my heels higher than my toes. Too late to return now because I thought I just needed to break them in but they needed up breaking me. Will be returning to OG Roavs as soon as they have actual adult sizes back in stock. Major bummer.
These are the best-looking athletic shoes that I own in the closet. I've been wearing them for the past 6-8 weeks doing a variety of different activities including walking, running, weightlifting, and day-to-day errands. I have wide feet and I was surprised that I didn't have any issues. While these were extremely stylish shoes, I do wish that there was more cushion for support. They look extremely comfortable based on the design, but when you wear the shoe the cushion isn't as soft as you would expect. The best way I can think of describing it would be similar to soft plastic rather than memory foam. I usually only wear these shoes for 1-2 hours max because of the lack of comfort.
So sad the shoe gets the mark in style but comfort is lacking. I ordered two different sizes a 9.5 Wide and a 10.5 standard size because the other reviews said the shoe runs small. They're right the 9.5 wide was way too small and fit like a size 7/8 and the top of the shoe was tight. But I tried on the 10.5 standard and it fit fine but was still a little tight at the top and the tongue being in built in to the shoe makes it hard to get on woh ever thought That was a brilliant idea needs to go back to the drawing board. However that will get fixed with some stretching but yeah to those who are worried about sizing I'd say go up a full shoe size from your normal shoe size if you have wide feet like me or those who want a looser fit. I ordered these shoes in a wide! Got them in the mail very quickly (like in 2 days!) which is great! Tried them on immediately and they were so tight! I have a high instep so wide isn't what I needed, I needed extra wide! Went into the New Balance store about an hour away and they shipped them back for me! That was a huge bonus!! I got shoes and the help in the store which was amazing and found the perfect pair for me! Ordering online is convenient for sure but if you have a high instep it's just better to get that one on one help!
Bought these sneakers as a second pair of same exact new balance and size. Somehow they fit tighter and felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately I tried to wear them and hurt my feet. I was honest and called customer service to see if I can still return the item. But, they wouldn’t take a return or offer anything. Disappointed they didn’t fit the same as my other pair and I’m stuck with them. I’m a good zulily customer wished customer service could have offered some credit or coupon for future use.
I bought these without reading the reviews they feel tight and I should have sized up 1/2 size. I'm only wearing them at work (not on a walk or run) and after a couple hours of minimal walking they are rubbing my heels. I want to like these because they're cute but not my best purchase. Tried to ship them back and the cheapest method was $18. Guess I'll just keep them and wear them onky on occasion. Swing and a miss on these :(
