The shoes are very comfortable and fit well. I really like the way they look too. My only slight complaint is that sometimes as I'm walking I'll catch my heel sometimes because the width of the heels of these shoes are on the bulky side. I like the look, I just have to be more aware when I walk.

This is my 3rd pair of XC-72! They are extremely comfortable and only shoe that gave me comfort when I had plantar fasciatis. Always get compliments when I wear these outside and Joe's outlet saved me about $30 when other stores are selling same shoe for about $70 more. Thanks for savings and fast shipping. Bought one pair for me and one for family, since I was saving so much money!

These things (XC-72) are great to look at and look great on feet. Fit is true to size which means it's the same size I am in most Nike and Adidas sneakers. I haven't worn them for long but so far so good on comfort. Great to see new balance making models like this and the 327s. Some reviewers complain a lot about colors bleeding from the different colors and materials in these shoes or about discoloration in the sole—not an issue at all. New balance enclosed a slip of paper with some tips to prevent bleeding of colors when shoes get wet. But really, lots of people just complain too much about little things. And Joe's New Balance Outlet always comes through! Great website, timely emails, and quick shipping. Not to mention the often amazing prices and free shipping.

These shoes looked great in the photo. When they arrived, the heel was a huge square shape that was really bulky and dangerous to walk in. I cannot recommend these shoes. The advertising and photos are deceiving and do not accurately reflect the enormity of the heel on the product. In addition, when I returned the shoes, NEW BALANCE DOES NOT PAY RETURN SHIPPING, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORDER. They claim this is to keep costs low, but if they are spending such a large amount on return shipping that it offsets their retail prices, are they really a quality brand? I purchased the shoe to see how it would perform for work but didn't get the chance to do that as they sent a men's size shoe and I dislike how it looked on my foot. The shoe itself is my type of tennis shoe as it looks unique. I wore the shoes a couple of times and I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable but it wasn't the most comfortable. I would have liked to experienced a woman's size shoe that I ordered because I'm sure a man's/woman's shoe is made different.
Lovely looking trainers, but really poor quality control, scuff in the suede material on the heel and lots of excess glue visible on the toe too. One of the pair is absolutely fine the other seems like it was never checked which is really disappointing when you are looking forward to a brand new pair of trainers. Only option is return for a refund. Replacements / Partial Refunds would make a lot more sense.
I would like to leave my dissatisfaction here about this product.After being washed for the first time following all the procedures, the shoe took off all over the front. It is a beautiful, stylish shoe but unfortunately the quality does not match the price paid. I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase.
Beware. Everything I ordered from this site was mis-sized. Prices may be good but the shoe is unwearable. I have many pairs of NB and shoe to shoe, size to size of the same model, the ones from Joe's New Balance are way smaller. You will pay A LOT of money in return shipping. It's my third order and I've learned my lesson.
These shoes are great! I was skeptical about the flat bottom but they really help correct my falling arches. I wear them everyday at work taking care of patients in a skilled nursing facility. I am on my feet all day and these are holding up very nicely. Plus they look great :)
