I really like the Wholemega™ Whole Fish Oil supplement. The product comes in a bottle containing 180 softgels. What I like about the product is that each softgel contains 2,000 mg. of Non-GMO salmon oil. It also contains a variety of Omega fatty acids. I also like how it helps to support your brain, eyes, and your joints. The softgels are easy to take, and you take two per day. I did not experience any after taste later on after taking the product. The product also comes in a dark glass bottle which I think helps to keep them fresher, and you can also recycle the bottle.

Overall this is a great supplement. I have been using this for a few weeks now and have not had any issues. The capsules are a manageable size. There are no fishy burps. I also like that is a reputable company that responsibly manufacturers these supplements. I am not taking this for disease purposes, such as cholesterol lowering, so I don’t know if it had affected any cholesterol values. I use it purely for omega intake and feel this is a great supplement for that purpose.
