Next Level Racing NLR-S023 Wheel Stand 2.0
Create your own racing setup with the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0. NLR made various improvements to the Wheel Stand 2.0 from its predecessor, the first-generation Wheel Stand. By utilizing a robotic manufacturing process of laser cutting and welding, the Wheel Stand 2.0 provides improved functionality and strength with a stronger and more adjustable wheel, pedal, and shifter/handbrake support. The Wheel Stand 2.0 also offers a wider range of compatibility for sim racing accessories and peripherals from major brands. It even has pre-drilled holes for Logitech, Thrustmaster, and Fanatec racing wheels. With the addition of a shifter and handbrake support as well as a gaming chair cradle, you'll be able to have a more immersive sim racing experience, even more so when upgraded to a full cockpit with the addition of the Next Level Racing GTSeat Add-on (sold separately). It is even motion compatible. The great thing about the Wheel Stand 2.0 is that you can fold it up and store it without it taking up too much space.

Pros: Extremely robust, there's little chance you are going to damage this during normal use. It ensures your controls remain rock-solid during driving giving you the confidence to throw your car into every corner.Cons: Instructions claim a video is available, it's not or wasn't when I was assembling but it's not needed. I wanted to see it as the parts list in the manual isn't correct either. I've notified NLR.

Pros: Very easy to put together. Easy to fold up and to set back up. Solid build. Would take direct drive ok. Great that I can use my desk chair but also could add race chair at another time to create a full rig.Cons: Very heavy but it needs to be.Should've included velcro straps but I bought some very cheap ?. No issues as yet.

I got this a couple weeks ago after getting annoyed with my pedals slipping and having to take my wheel and the gaggle of wires all apart and back together every time I played. I was between this and much cheaper versions online, but figured that this should be the best option. I wanted something that could easily fold with everything still attached and be put in the closet. This does not do that. Yes you can fold it with everything on it, but it has no mechanism to fold the pedal plate. You have to take out a long thumb screw, then fold the support legs and while holding all of that, hold the pedal plate up to put the long thumb screw in a hole to hold it. But you can not use the shifter support unless you raise the wheel plate up to a minimum height that puts it uncomfortably high for my height. Again, I would have expected something like that out of the cheaper options, not this. The pedal plate has an upwards facing lip on the end near you which bites into my heels, I am not sure why that exists. I end up flipping the plate around which tilts the pedals at a better angle for me sitting in a computer chair anyway.I do really like the office chair wheel catch though. I have not once felt like I am about to move backwards when I slam on the brakes. All in all, I think this is a great option if you are planning to add to it to make a full cockpit. If not, I am not so sure.

I got this wheel stand because my full size rig wouldn't fit in my new place. I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy this stand was, and how well the chair holder worked. My main worry with wheel stands was the chair sliding around and they solved it, my chair doesn't move at all and it feels great. The upgradeability is great too if you decide to get the racing seat attachment to turn this into a full size rig. Perfect sim rig for beginners to advanced users.
I own a 4 screen racing cockpit that I primarily but sometimes I have friends over that want to race or I even like to switch it up to go to a different wheel. This wheel stand fits the bill without buying another full size cockpit. Super sturdy, folds up if I want to put it away and adjusts very easily to fit your needs. I have purchased many NLR items and it's a name I trust for good quality.
Easy to assemble and feels really solid. It's not ideal to keep moving this guy since its really heavy. I installed casters so I can put it aside when needed. Overall, I'm happy with the product and I'm already looking at getting the Add On Seat. Taking out 1 star since it wasn't brand new but a repackaged item. The zip ties were already cut inside the box, big scratch on wheel platform, and the stickers were already applied. It was too much hassle to package and return and the stand works so I kept it anyway.
This thing is sturdy. Includes all the hardware to mount all your pedals and wheelbases and shifters. Only thing you need is the hex key. You can also buy a separate add-on to convert this to a full rig later on which I intend to do once I have some more space. Anyway, technical side of things, mounted to G29, T300 and CSL DD. No flex at all. Lots of adjustment option to find the comfortable height and fit for everyone. The chair slot to hold your gaming chair in is pretty awesome, it prevents you from sliding backwards under hard braking, especially if you have load cell pedals. Folding for storage is relatively easy, 3 screw nobs to turn and then 3 screw nobs to tighten once in place. Folds down to a fairly small footprint of approx. 5in wide by 22" long. Folding for storage is relatively easy, 3 screw nobs to turn and then 3 screw nobs to tighten once in place. Folds down to a fairly small footprint of approx. 5in wide by 22" long. The only Con is that its heavy, probably 40-50lbs on it's own and likely 10 lbs more with the wheelbase and pedals on. I ordered casters so I can better maneuver it in both the set position and folded position. One last thing to note is that the shifter mount is dependent on the height of the wheelbase, using the same mounting points. If you are sitting too low, there might not be enough space between the wheelbase extension arm to accommodate the shifter bracket. For reference, I have my wheelbase platform at desk height and there is only enough space for the shifter mount, meaning no room for any vertical adjustment, it works for me height-wise but might not for some others.
Bought this to hold my SiMagic alpha mini and P-2000 pedals. With those on it, it is pretty heavy. Everything folds up nicely but I may decide to put locking casters on it to allow it to be moved into place easier. Folded, it stand nicely at the end of my computer desk until I'm racing again.
Next Level Racing stand is GREAT for people that are beginners and yet they are thinking about advancing there driving simulator in the future. Easy to assemble, once you set the stand your desired position with your steering wheel/pads/shifter, lock it down (its super strength) and start racing and/or driving. It is a little heavy too. Purchase mine for Microcenter Fairfax, VA.
Works very well for me. I'm using it alternatively at my desk and on a wooden floor so I added some wheels to help move it around because with the wheel, motor and pedals on it is extremely heavy. But it does the job perfectly, once all the bolts are well tighten it really doesn't move. The only movement is have is my own fault, because i added some wheels, but it's not a big deal.
