I run them on my '96 MG California and it never misses a beat. they seem to take the pounding this bike hits them with
I run these in a highly modified 1980 Harley. It has a full race cam and many other mods and tends to foul plugs with a lot of idling time like in the winter when you're just warming it up to charge the battery. These plugs do get some black soot on them during these conditions, but they still don't misfire like most other brands.
I read about using Iridium spark plugs to replace the standard nickel plugs in small engines to improve the efficiency. I installed this plug in a Honda GX200 powered pressure washer and a Generac GP6500 generator powered by a Honda GX390 clone. The two engines ran good before the plug change and now seem to run a little better. They both start during the first pull of the starting rope and the exhaust sounds a little deeper. I don't have long term run info yet but will try to update this review with me findings.
This NGK spark plug is an iridium upgrade to the NGK BPR6EY V-Power spark plug which is equivalent to the OEM plugs used in Kohler 15/30 kW generators powered by the GM Vortec 1.6L engine. After installing these plugs, my Kohler 30RES generator started faster with smoother and more rapid acceleration to its full speed of 3600 rpm. This also means better frequency regulation under varying electrical load.
Premium product offering excellent performance. Fuel economy went from mid 30's to over 41 mpg on my 1978 XS1100. Your mileage may vary depending upon your riding style...
