I#gotitforfree sample to try out in the mail. I am in the process of quitting smoking so was really excited to try this gum out. I tried the gum for a few days before writing this review. I mostly used it at work to cut down on possible cravings during work hours and it worked well. I managed to go through my day without any smoking, a few craving here and there,but was able to control by munching on the gum. As I am on a plan to gradually reduce the smoking, I have not used the gum as a full stop to smoking but as an aid. Worked like a charm, taste is ok, fruit gum, not my favorite, but it does not taste bad. Will continue to buy for a while longer until my plan is complete.

Just like most products that are intended to help you quit something, you actually have to want to quit in order for it to work properly, and be sure to read the instructions. I have been a pack a day smoker for just under 30 years since giving Nicorette a try, and doing it according to the instructions given I have cut all the way back to a pack lasting me 5-7 days now. My only issue is with the price point, its got a high price tag on it, but even so, I am going to continue to get it because I am looking forward to kicking a long time bad habit finally.Great product!

So I was very skeptical on this product working at first. The first thing that I noticed was the taste and quite frankly it isn't the greatest of flavors. I am more of a fruity flabour kind of gal. But I can state with 100% certainty that this product does work! I've gone from smoking a full pack a day, down to 5 cigarettes!! And I do believe that if I continue with this product, I could quit smoking entirely! It helped dealing with just basic cravings throughout the day, quite quickly i might add, and more impressively, in stressful situations! I have smoked for over 20 years. It is such a long time to pay to poison myself. Seems outrageous but its true.Ive worried that quitting would cause weight gain. Its just excuses Ive used to try and justify this nasty habit. Not only for health reasons cigarettes have gotten so incredibly expensive. I smoke a "cheap" brand and those are $17.50 a pack times 4 times a week, its craziness to spend even a dollar to do what cigarettes are doing to my health.This gum helps immensely!
