This product nips at the heel, and hurts, so we want to send it back.The StockX site say returns are possible in the UK (but not for other countries!).They donât make it obvious how to return them, indeed, itâs quite hard to find, but there is a convoluted process that involves you having to write a letter with âUK Withdrawalâ specific wording.We did that and heard nothing back from them about how to return these shoes.A few days later I tried calling them. No grip, very slippery and slidey. Even walking stairs with mild dew was losing my footing. Very dangerous.
