Check your sneakers upon arrival!!! Purchased these sneakers for my wife and upon arrival the bottom of the sneakers had apparent wear marks on the heels and the air pockets even had small scuffs. Purchased these for my wife and she is very particular about previously worn products and when you buy from online, you expect the product to come fresh from the factor/distributor. Now we have to return these sneakers and the sizes available were already limited when I originally ordered them.Disappointed, but again the shipping process was smooth and speedy. I received my shoes yesterday. Open the sealed box. Go to try on my shoes and the left shoe has a pair of old socks in it. LIKE HOW!!? This is crazy to me! I thought I was tripping out.I start to inspect these almost $200 pair of shoes and start to notice that the shoes where re-painted to cover up something. Paint was all over the bubble at the bottom. Paint on corners.Like soooo so bad. How do they ship out a pair of shoes like that. I had to drive (with crazy gas prices) to the store and return these shoes!So sooo disappointed in DICKS in this one. Definitely dropped the ball.Love the style shoes and fit comfortable but definitely disappointed with the seller.

I received this pair and there was a note inside the shipping box that this shoe came from a nearby Foot Locker Storefront. I was fine with this until two things became apparent: 1) the shoe box was trashed due to poor packaging, and 2) the shoes had clearly been worn in store (or possibly returned to store) because the soles were dirty/scuffed, the interior stuffing was missing, shoe laces were soiled and untied, and, clearly, the right shoe had been "loosened up" by being tried on in store (or returned by customer). I got these shoes over 2 months ago. My first intal thought when I first seen the shoes was beautiful and different. I absolutely love the denim on the shoes the pop of orange definitely works with bringing in the white. The shoes came well packaged and on time. My only problem with these shoes is after wearing them more than a few times, I've noticed they are not very comfortable. The other problem being is the shoe laces. They constantly become untied. Now I'm aware the shoe laces can be double knotted but it's not my style. Other than that these shoes are very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It's definitely giving me a spring time type of vibe. Hopefully this helps folks!
I have VERY narrow feet and I normally wear an 8 but needed a 9 in these. They still feel tight all around my foot. I feel like I have too much room in the back and toe area like I'm wearing the wrong size shoes. BECAUSE I AM. Also the shoes themselves look poorly made. I've had them 1 month and I've worn them only twice. I should've left them at the store.DEFINITELY have buyers remorse.
Bought for our 13 year old son as all his friends seem to have a pair. Luckily bought in the sale, plus ASOS offered additional 25% off. Ended up paying £90. All I say - they are definitely NOT worth the £90, never mind the full price of £170! The finish on them is so bad, glue stains everywhere! Plus, the colour was nothing like the photos! We didn’t want to break our son’s heart by sending them back! But we would happily get rid of them! Disappointing!
I bought these on 01/01/23,And I received them on 01/12/23. I opened the box to inspect them and noticed they have been painted with white paint in certain areas. Also the sole has been wore down and the insole has sock lint on them. And this is the third time this has happen to me. Dick'ssportinggoods have to do better cause this isn't professional selling used merchandise for retail price.

Bought a pair of air max shoes had them shipped. Open the box to find a huge stain on white shoes on the toe then notice that the bottoms were worn down. These were used shoes. Not tried on shoes. Call to return the shoes and I’m told I have to drive to the store to return them and they can’t ship me a new pair. By the time I return the shoe and get online to repurchase the shoe it is now sold out. Will no longer be shopping with Dicks. Customer service is horrible.
I love(d) those shoes. They look so much better in person. They are right away super comfortable. As I said love(d) them. Well after I had ~ 112 miles (Nike Run app tracked) , one of the shoes exposed something sharp in the heel. Yes, to the point that you bleed despite wearing appropriate socks. At first I thought maybe it was something random. But no, it was there permanently.I don’t think that a shoe should ‘fall apart’ that way after only ~112 miles. I can’t wear them anymore. Not enough mileage for the price. One star only!
