I think they’re worth the sale price. Remember you are paying for the brand name not the quality. Although these are decent quality they require upkeep or they will not last long.

I don't know what Dick's problem is but they clearly have problems sending out defective or worn shoes. I received my shoes and upon opening there was something clearly wrong with them I will attach photos. One was untied like it had just been taken off and the other one was triple knotted very unnaturally and had been tied like that on purpose. Not only that, one shoe was white and the other shoe had a weird yellow tint like the entire shoe was stained. Do they not check the products before they send them out? Had they had someone checking the shoes for quality, these never would have been sent out. I wear a size 10 and these were too small. They would have been great shoes otherwise. I sent them back and ordered a new pair from a different sports store.

I’ve only worn them at work so I’m not sure how great they perform for more athletic wear yet, but they look & feel great so far. There is no arch support or support at the back end of the shoe. They lace up in a way that does not pull the sides in at the top of the sneaker, so no ankle support. Unless you have very narrow feet and don't need any arch or support at your ankles, I do not recommend these sneakers. I have been searching for a shoe like my beloved Torch 4 for 3 years and nothing compares. These shoes are horrible. I read reviews like I always do and ordered a half size up in anticipation of a decent shoe. But no. These shoes are extremely tight. Suffocating. Although I have toe to top distance my toes are smashed together on sides and I can only imagine how horrible my feet are going to feel at end of work day. What is wrong with Nike?!!! Quality has greatly diminished. Nick was my shoe my fit comfort all my life...until now. No more business for you from me. I would have been a customer for life. These are so cute and go with everything. The design is simple and the colors are perfect. I thought they were white but once I looked at them again I realized they were an off white with black and gold accents. One thing that I am not a big fan of is the fabric material because they will be hard to keep clean. I sprayed them with rain and stain repellent for an easy clean so stains won’t penetrate into the fabric. As for the fit, when lI first started to wear them they felt a little tight which made them feel uncomfortable and they hurt. After a few wears they started to feel more comfortable. Now they are my go to pair of Nikes to wear for a quick errand.
I got these air max excees for My wife and wanted her to wear them for a bit before I posted a review. After wearing them a few times she really liked how stylish they are, we would rate them very highly on style. The fit runs a little small so we would recommend going up about half a size. The feel is good, the sole is a little stiff but that’s to be expected in an air max, they did break in a little after a few uses. She really liked the fabrics used on this shoe, it’s a mesh of a few different materials but they work and look good all together. The only thing I would change on his shoe is making the sole with a little more cushion and having it fit true to size. Overall it’s a very good shoe.
The W NIKE AIR MAX EXCEE are a good option for an everyday retro meeting a new twist. The materials show good quality and look to be chosen to be durable, the white black and gold color way looks great. The pop of the metallic gold is the right touch of uniqueness to contrast the retro look. The air bubble heal and midsole give good support and the soles do a great job of giving adequate traction. The fit is true to size and there isn’t enough to say for the bang for your buck with this pair, already in the rotation for sure! Made use of them for a nature walk/hike and looking to keep using them in every sort of activity to come.
