As a bigger guy (6'4, 240lbs, Size 13) I've come to appreciate shoes that have a nice cushy sole as it helps take some impact off the balls of my feet. Not only does the AirMax Scorpion Fk provide a sensation of walking on clouds. It also has the appearance of clouds on the sole. These are the neatest looking, comfortable and sustainable product driven shoe I've ever put on my feet. They deliver an unreal feeling under your foot of comfort and bounce, paired with support. I had the extreme fortune to be a product tester for three separate stages of this shoeās development, so Iāve spent more time in them than the average person (500+ hours, not including the retail pair I now own), and the reason I bought them as soon as they were made available, was that theyāre the only pair of shoes Iāve been able to wear for 12+ hours straight with zero foot fatigue. My feet typically wonāt tolerate wearing a pair of shoes for more than 5 hours without at least aching a little, if not just forcing me to take them off. But theseā¦I did my testing during post-quarantine social distancing times, so I had nothing better to do than to go on long walks by myself, and would sometimes wear these for up to 18 hours straight. The Air Max Scorpion FK is a combination of familiar and very different. The upper half is made of Flyknit material with a softer chenille fabric for the tongue and accent. The shoe looks a little narrow, but the flyknit allows it to stretch to accommodate wider feet easily and comfortably. The color is a really dark green, almost like itās mixed with a charcoal color as well. Two sets of thinner style laces come in the box, one a lighter green and the other a dark, almost black, green. This review is from my husbands point of view as we got them for him. These shoes are comfortable and feel cloud like. The soft material leaves room for stretching and they donāt feel tight at all. I love the pop of neon, it really makes these shoes stand out. Unfortunately for me the sole is a little too tall and I canāt get used to wearing them all the time. I think they would be better for my wife. They kind of make your foot look bigger with the big platform. They are great for doing stationary work outs like lifting weights and get more comfortable with each wear but too chunky for daily use, have to be careful for too sudden of a movement or it feels I may roll my ankle because of the height.

This is a new style of comfort I havenāt experienced before. The Air cushioning took me a few wears to get used to because it responds bouncier than other shoes I own, but Iām really enjoying it. It feels like Iām walking on clouds! The shoe is form fitting, similar to wearing a sock. While I thought the shoes were too small at first, the material does have a short break-in period where the upper stretches just a tad. My suggestion is going up 1/2 size if you prefer a roomier fit. The jade color-way may not go with every outfit, but Iāve gotten compliments/comments almost every time Iāve worn them. I also really like the string laces used for this shoe - itās a soft, velvet-like material.
