Nike Free RN 5.0 2021 is the latest leap forward in the development of the free model. Secure laces combine with the seamless design for a snug fit. The sole is lighter and closer to the ground, has a new pattern with flex grooves and a modified midsole that delivers more pleasure without compromising the natural movement of the foot. The new lacing system ensures the stability of the foot during the run. Non-stretch material throughout the upper keeps the foot in place, while the 3 foam pods in the heel provide added grip. The foam in the thickets is stiffer to increase sensitivity to the ground, which ensures sufficient amortization to continue driving, kilometer per kilometer. Holes promote natural foot movement, while double-cut areas at the ends increase foot flexibility.
