The company was a nightmare. I have told all my sneaker lover friends and family to steer clear. I bought the wrong size, I hadnât worn them obviously they remained brand new! I sent them photos so show that and they said to return for store credit so I had to pay to send them back. They then emailed saying âsorry, no they arenât illegible for a refund they are worn creased and stained and if you want them back you have to payâ. (I had put them on my feet for 20 seconds and didnât even take a step as they were too small) I spent so much money mucking around and on the shoes and now Iâm left with shoes that donât fit. I am so disgusted in the dishonestly and robbery of this company. The shoes I was returning were and are in immaculate condition.

I was gifted these for my birthday last month. I love them! Iâve been eyeing that royal blue/white ones for a long time. The only reason Iâm putting 4/5 stars is that when I opened them on my birthday and inspected them they had a brown mold like stain on the tongue of both the shoes. I havenât worn them since I received them because I was trying to find a place to exchange them. They donât carry all the colors at their Nike stores. The employee at the Nike store was giving me more than one option of what we can do to help my situation. Employee was also upset because they are a nice pair of dunks ruined. He checked all the stores in the area radius and online, no success, nothing was available, sold out everywhere. The shoe is great. The colors are great. I got the Valerian blue. I's a very comfortable shoe that is true to size for me I love all the Dunk lows I have. My only complaint is the laces are dirty and have blue spotty stains on them. It wouldn't be a huge deal but it's very very noticeable. I would replace them but the laces that come with they come with are great. Other than the dirt and stains of course.

I have to wear orthotics so the sole being easily removable was a big plus. I didn't have to go up a half size to wear them with my orthotic insoles. The leather feels very high-quality and the double-stitching around the toe tell me that it's going to last a long time. It took one full wear for the leather to break in. I've had Dunks in the past and I didn't like the thickness of the tongue, but these have a tongue very similar to the Jordan 1 and it's perfect. I also really like the laces that come with these. They look like old school flat laces but they have some stretch to them and feel like they'll last a while. Overall very premium feel to the whole shoe inside and out.
Dunks are a perfect example of form over function. Letâs be honest; the shoes are cheaply made. There is no way around that.However, you have to admit that theyâre great looking shoes. Super clean. Theyâre just average in terms of comfortability, and they run about half a size large for me.Know that when you buy dunks, youâre buying for the style, not the functionality. For that reason, theyâre hard for me to actually recommend as a shoe, but if youâre wearing for the style, youâll love them.
Color way was beautiful, I got the Concord color way. However, in hand, there were plenty of quality control issues, such as some of the holes on the toe box not being cut out and the stitching was very sloppy. The tip of each shoes were off centered and you could tell that each pair was different from each other. The comfort was nice and laces were a nice length. Leather quality was poor and seemed to crease as soon as it was put on foot.

Iâve been waiting to get these in my size. I was glad when they released them again. Theyâre comfy and super cute. However, the quality check obviously didnât happen because the back of my shoes are uneven. Iâve worn them once already so Iâm sure I canât return them. Theyâre out of my size now anyway. I know things arenât always perfect but itâs just disappointing when you pay that much for shoes to have such a noticeable error. People pointed it out to me while I was wearing them.
The package arrived destroyed! Shoes smashed too. I bought these for a gift to my husband online since I just had brain surgery I can really go shopping due to being ill. I contacted customer service and they told be to go return in store. What an inconvenience for me the whole reason I did online shopping because I canât go nowhere for a couple of months. Disappointed on how they packaged these items and arrived looking destroyed.
