I did not get the color that I ordered and the return/exchange communication has been horrible. I submitted a Buyer's Promise Request with no resolution yet. I also requested a call that apparently created another Buyer's Promise Request submission instead of getting an actual call. I got the right kind and the right size shoe. Inaccurate color! I ordered the exact color connected to this survey and instead received Plum Eclipse. . I am not attached photos because I have sent them all twice now. Won't buy again from StockX and will share my experience as well.

This product we shopped for and bought was originally marketed as āDiffused Taupeā on the StockX site prior to my purchase. However, after I bought the shoe, StockX changed the name of the shoe on the site to āPlum Eclipseā. The colorway picture on the site was more beige and the actual shoe was pink-ish. I canāt figure out if we were given the wrong shoe of if StockX had just marketed the shoe improperly under the incorrect colorway name. Either way I have been waiting for over a week on a response to rectify the issue and they are EXTREMELY slow at responding. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from StickX and hoping to get some assistance soon. Shoe is actually very beautiful but it isnāt what I expected.

The pair of dunks I received were imperfect. The inside sole of both shoes were too short, it was odd. I have never experienced this before with any other Nike shoe. I guess Nordstrom receives the defective merchandise and sells it for the same retail price.
The fact that you cannot add these (dunks) to your basket and have to try to buy on a timer system is rubbish! Not only is the timer so quick but you have to type your details in and do it all quickly and in time, to find that it does not load all the addresses that are on your road including yours! This is rubbish - if you let me add to basket and log in to my account then I could actually select my home address for delivery instead of being forced to chose a collect+ store! Also these are junior and says so upon selecting size but yet adult price remains! Iāll stick to buying with Nike or JD in future
Perfect fit! Colour was exactly how it looks in the photos! No need to ābreak them inā. Wore them all day the next day. I have never had an uncomfortable pair of nikes - but these feel next level! Thank you!!
I bought these Dunk Low Basketball Sneakers for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them! They are super comfortable and perfect for her daily outfits. The black and white design goes with everything, and she gets compliments every time she wears them. Highly recommend for both style and comfort!
These shoes are cute and I love the color but they squeak and make noise when walking. I looked up so many videos and tried to figure out how to make it stop but it continued everyday. Very annoying to walk around with a constant squeak. I returned the shoes
I never find dunks in my size AND in the store so when I saw these I was really thinking the salesman would say it was the only size left. These run a half size bigger on me. I usually wear a 8 in womenās and bought a 7.5. Canāt wait to put these together with a cute outfit this summer and fall.
