To begin with I was extremely happy with these boots. I wasn’t getting blisters on the hard ground BUT yesterday I came into contact in a game, the lace snapped and it tore the material around a few of the eyelets.Really gutted

Boots are great, however I'll probably buy elsewhere next time, and get better personalisation as they've been worn twice and have NO personalisation on them, so a waste.of the money

Ordered online - my grandson wasn’t impressed with them. Went to store for refund to be told I had to send them back, exchange or credit note. Postage cost £4.99 to order, another cost to return despite postal strike- l think this is unreasonable . Will not shop online again
The boots came in good time, the only problem being that I choose to have the boots personalised. They spelt my sons name right on one boot, wrong on the other. How does that even happen?
I bought these football boots last month for my daughter but after ordering on 13 May, with an estimated latest delivery date of 20 May, I did not hear anything from sports direct until 21 may. Better communication and perhaps an acknowledgment that it was taking longer to source and shop the product than originally estimated, would have gone a long way to improving customer satisfaction.
