Obviously this is more for the Point Guard types who want to dribble and crossover but provides enough stability for wider feet and bigger players who want to just shoot. Takes some time to break in and is like most other Kyries.
I’m very happy with this purchase. The shoes are very durable and great to play in. They may look big or heavy but I can assure you they are not. And there’s great ankle support while still being able to make sharp cuts and not worrying about being too stiff. Would definitely recommend!
The shoe is great. I got a bigger size cuz I wear double socks. Only thing just not enough good traction. It might be the gym floor I'm playing on. But other than that great shoe
My son wore his Lebron’s in 2018 all season, he had Kyrie 4’s and didn’t like the fit even though he wore Kyrie’s previously. The Kyrie 5’s are his shoe of choice and he sent back Lebron’s and Paul George, this is his second pair of 5’s for the Fall/Winter.
I bought these for my rising star grandson who is really particular about his basketball shoes. He loves them. I played ball for over 50 years and know a good shoe when I see them. These were perfect for him.
Bought these for my 10 year old son who goes to basketball clinics 3x a week plus has back to back basketball games on the weekend. He says they are the most comfortable basketball shoes he’s ever owned. We bought the same style just in a different color since he loved these ones so much.
they just got in the mail today, and they looked amazing! i bought a half size larger due to all the complaints of them being too tight. highly recommended to buy a half size larger. they feel great on my feet, but the traction will wear out fast. only use for important events or sports games to minimize use so it stays in great shape.
