In general, I am not a Nike fan but these trainers exceeded my expectations. They are very stable under foot, excellent support and very grippy to the floor. I use them for full body fitness class and pickleball, lots of side to side movements. I would have give a 5 star but the bottom surface has a stiffer feel than I am used to in my Hokas and Ons.

In general, I am not a Nike fan but these trainers exceeded my expectations. They are very stable under foot, excellent support and very grippy to the floor. I use these shoes for HIIT workouts. the first thing I noticed is that these shoes are super light. They feel like slippers. they have a great lockdown on your foot and seem pretty durable on the upper. They have a low-to-the-ground feel and the cushion is soft under the ball of your feet.The best part I like is the heel is so stable when you are doing squats and lunges. They loosen up in the upper the more you work out and use them so they could feel looser over time. you might need to try on your size and a half a size smaller.
