As far as fit and feel are concerned, I had zero issues. The sole is quite thick and provides a high level of comfort and padding. I wore them while using a stand-up desk and they provided plenty of cushion while standing in one place for a long period of time. They also provided plenty of comfort while running and absorbed the impact of my treadmill very well. It was soft but added to the bulky feeling of the shoe. The tongue was also attached to the side of the shoe rather than the tip of it which was not something I'm used to. I don't enjoy too many colors on my shoes so the black and white colorway was a perfect style for me.In the end, the shoes met my expectations when it came to comfort but since design and style are important to me, this pair was a mixed bag.

I got these shoes for my husband. He works as a lineman for a utility company and these shoes are a nice relief to his feet after wearing climbing boots all day. These are his new go to pair of shoes for his everyday (non work) activities like chasing around our crazy kids.These shoes are comfortable but fit a little snug. He thinks as they stretch out a little, from wear, they will fit perfectly.I, personally, really like the versatility of these shoes. My husband is a jeans wearing guy and I really like that these look great with any pants and shorts he wears.

Being on your feet all day long can be exhausting, but not with these new Nike Renew Run 2s. They are super comfortable and they look great too! Out of the box, appearance wise, it looks like a great shoe, and very stylish. It is visibly a lot bulkier than other Nike running shoes that I own. After trying the shoe on I noticed that it has a much “beefier” construction than I am used to with a lot of cushion through out the sole vs just the heel area. It is comfortable to walk around in for most of the day and it absorbed the impact well while running, although it did take some getting used to due to the thicker sole. I imagine due to the heavier construction that this will be a long lasting shoe. I enjoyed the thicker shoe construction around the ankle area as it provided more support, however for me the sole was just a little to big through the front of the foot for running.
Updating your running shoe can be stressful, especially over the internet. The Nike Renew Run 2 absolutely delivers on all fronts- style, functionality, and comfort. The thickness of the sole is what really caught my attention with this shoe. The support is incredible which made for a comfortable running experience. The quality that you expect from Nike is evident. I had zero issues with rubbing or blisters (huge plus!). The only thing I would change is the flair of the heel, however this is a cosmetic preference and did not impact the quality of the shoe. Overall- two thumbs up!
The Nike Renew Run 2 sneakers have been great running shoes. I have tried several running shoes from competitors over the years and these are certainly among the top performers. These sneakers are very comfortable and fit me true to size. I have a narrow foot and there were no issues with lateral movement during running or weight lifting. I went with the classic black and white version. My overall impression of them from a style standpoint is that they are more geared towards function over form. Specifically, I am not a big fan of the appearance of the extended heel portion of the soles. I have large feet (size 12) and this design aspect results in my feet appearing even larger. It's very comfortable for wearing long lengths of time and can easily be worn all day. It also provides a nice cushion for your feet for running and helps take some pressure off of your knees during high impact. I also believe it is a very durable shoe, and I like the additional firm material on the inner toe area to prevent scuffing and wearing down the fabric. The only negative is that it's a bit too snug fitting across the top of the foot. For someone with a wider foot it puts too much pressure across the tarsals.
