Extremely comfortable and stylish shoe. I'm a size 8 but the shoe is tight near the front. I would get a slight size bigger at 8.5. The shoe just looks so amazing and can go with almost anything. Definitely worth the money.

Ordered these lifting shoes after wearing the Metcons for the last 6 years. Within 1 week I felt comfortable wearing these enough so that I hit PRs for snatch, clean and jerk, and my front squat. They were perfectly fit going up half a size and allowed me to feel strong and comfortable while lifting. Will recommend these to anyone 10/10.

Bought these shoes for squats, as I have quite long femurs and currently not the best ankle mobility. I found the heel drop (height) definitely helps me get a full range of motion in the squat. Additionally, the shoes are really stable and sturdy- I could feel the difference with being able to push through the ground more compared with regular sneakers. True to size. Would recommend! Only feedback is that it would be nice if the women’s sizing had more than one colour to choose from.

This shoe definitely helps with ankle mobility and being able to squat deeper. However it is quite a narrow shoe and I don’t have that wide of feet, it is a little bit uncomfortable. Definitely agree with other reviews that you need to order half to one size up from normal. I’m usually an 11 and ordered 11.5. Could’ve gone for a size 12.
The comfort, support and fit of the Nike Savaleos White/Gold weightlifting shoes far exceeds my expectations and supersedes my previous weightlifting shoes I had. It is lightyears ahead of anything else I have used. With regards to sizing, I saw several reviews complaining about the sizing. Based on my personal experience, I have always gone a size up and I can advise you should take a size up from your normal shoe size. The shoe should fit snuggly, no sideways movement. The shoes have taken my weightlifting to a whole new level.
First pair of shoes I've bought for weight-lifting and strength training and they are great. The versatile design allows you to move around the gym to different exercises without the need to constantly change shoes, or feeling like something isn't right. Highly recommend for people just starting out.
I was searching for a good workout shoe. Checked out no bull, hoka, on, and Nike. Decided to go with these. After watching some YouTube reviews, I decided to go with these. They are stylish yet pretty functional for my workout needs. I usually wear an 8.5 and that is what I ordered. After putting them on, they fit pretty snug, but not to the point making it uncomfortable. Much more snug than other shoes I’m used to. However, I’ve never owned a shoe intended for weightlifting. They are pretty comfortable and give a great balance when doing standing weightlifting. Only real complaint I would give is I wish the Velcro strap would be a tad bit longer. The price point is right about average to lower than most workout shoes. Overall, I’m pretty happy with them.
The first thing I noticed was the excellent ground contact—thanks to the solid, flat sole. Whether I’m squatting or deadlifting, I feel incredibly stable and grounded, which is crucial when handling heavy weights.Comfort is another standout feature. The shoes fit snugly and support my feet perfectly without being too tight or restrictive, making them ideal for long training sessions. The raised heel allows for a better range of motion in squats, while the overall design makes it easier to maintain balance and control throughout each lift.Highly recommend these.
Very nice shoe from the color to the style. I received many compliments and when I wear them in the gym, folks know I mean business. However, they run small. Nike usually fits me true to size but this particular shoe fit to tight. I exchanged it for a 1/2 larger and they fit perfect. The comfort and the support during weightlifting is unmatched and therefore considering another color in shoe. Hands down one of the best weightlifting shoes I've owned.
These are the NBA Jams of weightlifting. “Is it the shoes?!” Yes. Yes, it is. I swapped my Metcoms out for these and added 20lbs to my DL and squat the first time I threw them on. I was able to get lower in the squat and they are super stable. They remind of ski boots when I walk around. Not exactly that bad, but these shoes are used to glue your feet to the floor. I love them. I’m a 13 in other Nikes. Ordered a 14. Fit great.
