I bought these for running. They are true to size and look great as a general casual shoe too. They are not as 'bouncy' whilst running as I had hoped, feeling very slightly clunky compared to my previous running shoes. I think they're more of an all-rounder, perhaps a cross training shoe. But they look lovely, and are very comfortable and have a nice wide toe-box. All in all I'm very happy for the 7-10 mile runs I do, especially as they came in at under ÂŁ100. But if I were doing a marathon I would probably buy something a bit lighter and springier at the front (which would probably be a lot more expensive!). Good for the money.

The Nike Vomero 16 was an addition to my running and everyday shoe rotation. From the moment I took the shoes out of the box, I could tell from the overall looks that I would enjoy these shoes.Stepping into the shoe, I was immediately met with a feeling similar to the Nike Pegasus. I could feel the air cushioning in the forefoot, but the step-in feel wasn't as firm as the Pegasus. Instead, I noticed a soft, but not too soft, feeling from the ZoomX foam. The combination of these two features is enough alone to enjoy the shoe.Other than the most significant step in features, the shoe's overall design is excellent! Being familiar with ZoomX in my other running shoes, I enjoyed the stability that allowed this shoe to be an everyday shoe for me. The band inside the shoe provided much of a stable feeling but was never too noticeable. One feature I loved was the pinkish color that Nike calls Atmosphere/Light Madder Root/Light Bone/Sail. The color and comfort of these shoes led me to make these running shoes and everyday shoes.Overall, I loved the design of the shoe. I have always been on the fence about owning a pair of Vomero's in the past, but with the recent addition of ZoomX, while keeping and improving upon a lot of the features that have made this shoe popular with runners, I was ready to leap. If there was one thing I was unsure of for the first couple of times wearing the shoe was the upper of the heel. At first, while it looked plush, it was pretty stiff. However, by the fourth time wearing the shoes, this part of the shoe had nicely broken in and has been very comfortable since.

I had ordered a different pair but they were too small so I exchanged for these and Im SO glad I did! These are a very comfortable pair of Nike shoes that are not only supportive, but extremely cushiony. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are wide in the forefoot - I would have to agree with this assessment - I dont have "skinny" feet, but I would say they are average and the forefoot seems a bit wide. However, its not something that compromises the fit for me. Also, the Nike website suggests ordering a size up. I did NOT and I would say these fit TRUE TO SIZE! Anyway, these seem to be well made and look like they will hold up well - not all of the Nike shoes have fared so well with me and I walk 5 miles every day. Definitely worth purchasing in my opinion

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my feet, size 10.5 medium with a narrow heal. That might not sound like a difficult size to find but believe me, it is impossible to find good shoes that actually fit well. Most sneakers (and shoes in general) do not come in 10.5 for women, it is either 10 or 11, no in between. Both of which are ill-fitting, and after an hour of wear, it feels like daggers in my knees, feet swell, it's awful - trial and error is really expensive and sucks. So when I find a shoe that comes in my size and fits well, I try to buy a few more than I should. Because it never fails, just as my favs need replacing, they'll be discontinued and I'll be forced to jack around on Ebay/HiBid/etc to find my size. My first thoughts whenever I first got the shoes were that there was no way that these shoes were not going to be heavy on my feet when I run. Keep in mind when I do run I usually run between 1 to 6 miles at a time. The first time that I ran in the shoes it literally felt like I was walking on a cloud. The second time I wore shorter socks and it did begin to rub the back of my ankles and since I kept running even against the pain I actually got a blister, but that was my fault. Once I kept wearing high socks the shoes still made my miles feel easier and my feet did not feel heavy and I was actually able to run longer without feeling like my feet were going to be hurting because I also do have flat feet. Once I kept wearing high socks the shoes still made my miles feel easier and my feet did not feel heavy and I was actually able to run longer without feeling like my feet were going to be hurting because I also do have flat feet. Usually my problem is that the lack of arch makes my shoes dictate the amount of time I can run. But with these I did not have a problem. They made running easier and although they are a little bigger (I usually go for thinner shoes) the comfort was definitely worth it. I would buy these if you’re looking for a smooth run & shoes that match with a lot of athletic clothes.
I am amazed by how comfy these sneakers are. No “break-in” required - these shoes molded perfectly to my feet from the get-go and feel like a lil’ hug with every step!I have wide feet and am used to feeling a slight pinch in the front of my shoes, but these sneakers are very roomy and airy with a cushiony, supportive arch. As someone who is often rushing out the door, I’m also impressed by how little time and effort it takes to slip these on in a hurry. The sneakers run true-to-size. I usually wear a size 7.5 or 8 (sometimes in a wide fit) in women’s sneakers, and the size 8 was a perfect fit for me.I also like how the sneakers have a sleek and stylish design and are made of a breathable material with lots of ventilation at the top and on the sides. The shoes look a little bulky in width and length but are actually incredibly lightweight.I’m also a sucker for all things baby pink and love the soft, muted pink and coral colors of these shoes. What I like about these shoes is that they’re versatile and add a subtle pop of color. They’ll easily complement your wardrobe and elevate outfits like basic workout fits. I can see myself wearing these everywhere, from the gym to a long plane ride. These sneakers are high quality but on the pricier side. I received these shoes in exchange for my review, but if I could change something, I’d consider lowering the price point. However, these may be a worthwhile investment for people with an active lifestyle.Overall, these sneakers are great for casual wear. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for cute sneakers without sacrificing comfort and functionality.
In the past, I had issues with Nike shoes fitting correctly so I was not expecting to like these shoes. But when I put them on, I immediately liked them. First, any running shoe I’ve ever worn will cause me pain on top of my foot until I break them in. These ones never did that. The lacing of the shoes seems to alleviate this which was great. The support was excellent. I’ve been having back issues that I thought may have been from my previous shoes and after using these, that proved correct. My back is feeling better from the support these shoes provide. They are also very comfortable to wear all day although I don’t do that with my running shoes. The only thing that keeps me from loving these and buying them consistently is the fact that I don’t like that Nike feel ... MoreIn the past, I had issues with Nike shoes fitting correctly so I was not expecting to like these shoes. Regardless of how I lean politically, I don’t think corporations should be getting involved publicly in politics.
The comfort is immediately felt with The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16 Women's shoe! I wore the shoe for two weeks before writing this review. I enjoy and appreciate the optimal support for the foot. The shoe is lightweight, slim, and secure. It's a featherweight shoe that doesn't add much weight to my gym bag. The fit and feel is secured by good padding around the tongue and collar without warming the feet too much. My feet have yet to sweat. The look of the shoe is aesthetically pleasing after getting used to the heel. The black and white colorway is classic. I couldn't be any more impressed with the cloudy feeling between my foot and the ground. To my surprise the pointed heel gives a substantial amount of support. If anything could be changed, it would be the look of the heel, but not if it means losing quality support! I like the look of the shoe on my foot. I'm a size 8 in Women’s and I have a slim foot. The Vomero 16 is a great all-day shoe, good for training, gym, walks, or daily errands. It's not a fashion shoe, but rather a simple and reliable trainer.
