We got this sweatshirt for our very picky teenage daughter. She loves how comfortable it is. She wears it for sports, lounging around the house and to school. We like that it has lots of colors to chose from so you can mix and match with outfits. We would definitely recommend!

We ordered the sweatshirt and the color that my daughter wanted. We've had good experiences with ordering Nike products from them in the past Nike products are always great and that is not the problem. The customer service from Academy sports is the problem they shipped us the sweatshirt with the security tag still on the garment, when we reach out to them they only would offer a refund because we are out of state and there's no local store. I wanted them to send me a label to send it back to a store have the security tag removed and send it back, and they refuse to do that , they only offered a refund. In fact they ignored my email. Of course I no longer have the size of the one that I'm sending back to replace it so I'm stuck with just a refund which does not remedy the situation. any business who sends things out with security tags on, obviously doesn't take enough attention to their orders. This could've been easily solved like I said with a prepackaged return label send it back have them remove the tag and send it back to us, and they refuse to even acknowledge that very poor customer service, and I would recommend you shop at other competitors. I have used Academy sports for years as I really do like their business. A response to my follow-up email would've been appreciated at least.
