I have a 5 month old golden retriever puppy that LOVES a constant challenge with these puzzles. I was afraid that this one might be too much for her but she plowed right through it. Her first time it frustrated her and I had to re-direct her frustration but she got ALL of the treats except TWO her first time! Out of 25, that’s not bad!!! This is the third one from this company and definitely going to be a favorite of hers!

I tried giving this to my 90 pound dog originally, but he just tried to rip it apart with brute force 😂 my bengal cat on the other hand can figure out the entire puzzle in 30 min. He's smart enough to move all the sqaures . It's become the cat puzzle. I use it to distract him when im mopping floors

I love how sturdy ths toy is; he has destroyed the last smart toy I got for him! I think it is a bit harder for hounds who use more than their noses. BUt he is getting the hang of it and he does like the challenge! Its a bit large, too. Thats a lot of little boxes to fill!

Our dog loves trying to get all her treats. 24 different chances!! She tries to stand on it, eat it and flip it besides pushing the little squares around. It is certainly more challenging than her previous toy. Glad I got it.
I have several other puzzles from this brand. The material this one is made from seems extra cheap. The first time my dogs nails scratched it which is no huge deal but then the second time we used it a piece broke off while being monitored and my dog swallowed it down with the treat. As you can see the piece would be sharp. I'm quite concerned and hope he's okay. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
First bought this for my pup, at 4 months old. There was definitely a learning a curve, and the occasional “I give up!” moment. But we were consistent with giving it to her.. and now she can clean it out within a minute! Really interactive way to tire out puppies, highly recommend! Just know they’ll definitely get frustrated and walk away the first few times!

The blue tiles slid smoothly and easily in all directions when it was new out of the box, but I noticed that they were 'stickier' and harder to move after River's first play session with it. After the second, I needed human thumbs to move some of the tiles, and by the fourth it no longer worked. The tiles are hopelessly stuck, at least for a dog, and some of them seem about to pop off. River was very interested in the toy and manipulated it with her mouth, nose and paws in what seemed like the expected play; but this seems to have destroyed it quickly, even though she's a puppy and not very strong. Our Am Staff Cross named Keno is super smart and was able to figure out the game early on. THEN, Keno discovered he could peel off the pieces which resulted in the adults in the room having to reassemble the “dog” puzzle.Claws under the pieces allows for easy disassembly.
Our dog has a couple of puzzle toys and loves them. But she needed a bit more challenge, and this toy is great for that. She loved hunting for the treats, caught on to the game pretty quickly, but it offers so many variations, it kept her busy for much longer than the other puzzles. It's solid, sturdy, well designed for dogs. This one is going to give her lots of fun puzzle time.
Our dog loves this challenge toy. She \'asks\' for it by standing on her hind legs and poking the shelf where it is kept. When she thinks she has found all the treats, she finds me to let me know. I check the boxes and if she\'s missed any she goes back and checks all the boxes herself until all are found. Great fun.
