What I like the most is that it has a food processor cup (although not great), and two smoothie cups with lids and a big blender cup. The blender’s “smoothie” option is great, annoying but get you a great blend and consistency. Overall , not the best blender for the price we paid. It’s annoyingly loud, that it makes my kids jump when they’re not even in the same room as me. You can only use certain settings with certain cups. Cleaning it is easy, as in all the parts come apart. Otherwise? Water and gunk can get stuck in crevices and you don’t even know it. The blender cups have a lid with blade in it and if you don’t check, you wouldn’t know there’s a rubber belt in the lid. I am so excited to mixing up all kinds of things in my Ninja Professional Plus system!! I have been wanting one of these for several years and finally made the purchase! It was on sale at Sam’s Club for a great deal. It has so many safety features and cool functions! It is 10x more sturdy and durable than my last blender. It has a blender, two mixer cups, a dough hook and a food processor that I can make my cookie dough and homemade biscuits in. Everything comes apart super easy for quick cleanup and storage. Love the Ninja Brand and the great quality items they provide!

A top blender model but not a true food processor

This exact model is reviewed as the best version of this food system - other stores sell other model numbers at different price points but this is the one with better reviews and high rating from sites which test all kinds of blenders.However, the “processor bowl” does not completely replace a food processor because the manual expressly forbids dry ingredients and grinding with ANY attachments. (Fresh vegetables are OK.)Also it is not supposed to do liquids over room temperature in any attachments, so the included soup recipes require cooling soups before blending, and then reheating. Having the food processing cup is awesome! I have wanted one for a long time and this one is fantastic. Don’t try mulching food in the blender jug; use the food processor as intended. Food processor broke, good overall

TLDR: I've had this two years, it has served me well, but the food processor base broke like many other people state in reviews. My wife does a lot of batch baking and has, in the first year since we got this product, has daily blended up a variety of (snack, meal) smoothies for herself, and weekly made protein drink batches for me. The drawbacks are just two that I see: first, it is huge so you better make sure you have a great spot to put it and second, the plastic containers don't retain any noise, so the motor and grinding/mixing/blending noises are louder than our old one. The first matter is driven by choice, and we made a perfect spot for it in our medium-size kitchen. Worth the price

I did my research before buying this. But its worth the price. I find this very useful especially for Indian cooking. You can easily knead dough in seconds, chop onions tomatoes or anything. You can make smoothies in the smaller jars or blend anything in the big jar. Its loud on the “High” speed setting, otherwise its fairly noisy. It gives a plastic smell if you use it continuously for 2-3 mins. I have been using it for almost 3 months now. Its not useful if you have to grind dry say like grinding spices. I think you need a magic bullet or coffee grinder sort of thing for that purpose. Summarizing, it has made my life easier, cooking seems to be more fun now.
