I am greatly disappointed in Best Buy’s misleading product description. The digital version of this game was available at a lower price but I decided to pay more because I wanted a physical copy to avoid filling up the Switch’s storage. Best Buy clearly states that you are getting a physical copy of the software with this product. Ironically the cartridge only acts as a “key”, enabling you to download a digital copy of the game from the Nintendo Store. This also requires you to set up an account. The problem is that around 30GB is needed for the downloads and this forces you to buy an SD card to use the games. The Switch console only has 32GB of storage and not all of that is useable. **Unfortunately Best Buy won’t let you return it once opened so you really don’t ... The Ezio Collection is a really good port to the Switch and and excellent value. It includes 3 amazing games complete with all dlc. There is also 2 animated films included. Assassin’s Creed 2 is the best game in the series imo. So having it on the Switch and being able to play portable is just awesome. I would say that AC The Ezio Collection is a must buy if you like open world adventure games and own a Nintendo Switch. So check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I am used to play AC saga on a ps4 (I am French and I could not bring my ps4 with me) so I was a little bit skeptical…. But that game is awesome ! The graphics are really good, the responsiveness of the switch really good (sometimes too good) and the storyline is great !! I am really happy to have bought the switch and AC Ezio collection which I am playing for the first time. I hope to see other AC games coming out on the Nintendo switch soon !!The only reason I am not put 5 stars is related to the switch itself I wish the joy cons have a kind of shaped grip to make it more ergonomic ( it would help regarding the buttons and joystick but overall everything is great)

I tend to play single player games once (or enough times to get the achievements) then sell the game to get money back to buy new games. There's so many that I want to play, and many games (even FPS) have become longer - or at least involve achievements that take a long time to get. With that said, I have played every Assassin game on console - and played them once. When this triple pack came out - I figured it'd be a great chance to replay one of my favorite gaming series (portion of at least considering how many Assassin games there are now). This game does offer that experience and I won't knock it for that. Infact, I'd highly recommend it to someone who hasn't played these games before. However, I would give one bit of warning, and it isn't a bad one -it is ... Infact, I'd highly recommend it to someone who hasn't played these games before. However, I would give one bit of warning, and it isn't a bad one -it is just the fact that these games are indeed gaining - and you can tell. They don't feel like a new fresh experience, however, these 3 games are considered the best among many fans due to the character and fact you get to see him age with experience through a trilogy. I personally love the time/setting of Assassins 3 (We need more revolution/independence games!) and thought Black Flag nailed the sailing down to point that even if you're not an assassins fan, you should play that just to experience a great pirating game. This was a fun replay of the original games, but it truly offers little to anyone that's been here before. They throw in some extra bonus stuff not found in original games, but considering how lengthy these games can be, it's hard to tell someone to buy this over something new. On the flip side, you pick this game up on sale - and you're getting 3 full games which offers a lot of gaming for the buck. And if you never played these before - it is totally worth it.
The greatest Assassin's Creed game to date. This game has everything from the beautiful open world of Renaissance Italy, fun and engaging gameplay, amazing storyline, a soul touching soundtrack, lots of stuff to do, & admirable characters, most notably Ezio the main character. Assassin's Creed 2 is the game that set the bar for future Assassin's Creed games and it did it well. Everything about the game is breathtaking. Don't believe me? Go climb the highest viewpoint in each city and just look at the view along with the soothing music in the background. It can't get any better than that. Ezio is clearly the main reason why the game is so highly acclaimed in the first place. You get to really see Ezio progress throughout the story and see how he develops and you can ... Ezio is clearly the main reason why the game is so highly acclaimed in the first place. You get to really see Ezio progress throughout the story and see how he develops and you can easily get attached to him because of his relatability , personality, charisma and that memorable Italian accent all thanks to voice actor Roger Craig Smith. You also get to meet some of histories most prominent figures from Leonardo Da Vinici, Niccolo Machiavelli, Lorenzo de Medici and many more! If you want to customize your Assassin you can. Choose from a variety of different dyes for outfits, vast amounts of swords, daggers, maces, hammers etc. There's also some great modern day segments as well, allowing you can to explore outside of 14th century Italy. Once you are done the game, you will realize how nostalgic the game can be and you will have an overwhelming urge to revisit the game. A work of art is a good way to describe Assassin's Creed 2 and not only is this game the best in the series to date, but also one of the greatest games of all time. Assassin's Creed 2 is the definitive Assassin's Creed experience and It will be remembered for ages to come. ''Must Play Classic'' 9.2/10
This is my first time playing AC and I have fun, there are different types of game play (combat, puzzle, racing, mini games, etc.) within the game which make it fun. The storyline is interesting and has some similarities with the show Da Vinci's Demons since it was the same writer. I have heard plenty of praises about this game so I had really high expectation before starting, but I'm surprise to see some lack of basics in such a popular game. For example, my biggest pet peeve is the quest's name and objectives aren't display on the main screen so I have to keep constantly going to the menu screen to check. On the side note, there should also be a timer if there is a time limit for a full sync. The combat mode really needs improvement because sometimes the targeting ... On the side note, there should also be a timer if there is a time limit for a full sync. The combat mode really needs improvement because sometimes the targeting won't work when you have more than 3 enemies, so Ezio ends up not being able to block/dodge attacks while enemies keeps hitting him; or when his slow-motion attacks are so slow that I can't quickly hit the next target, resulting in being hit constantly while in slow-mo. Maybe I'm used to fast pace combat games like Dynasty Warriors or Tekken so this is something I need to get used to. The automatic camera angle can be frustrating at times, especially when it moves slightly and causes me jumping to my desynchronization/death multiple times. This is also the first game ever that doesn't have a jump button (you can do all crazy parkour jumps but not regular jump?). Lastly, the third game (Revelation) control buttons are switched around from the previous two (the back button is now the select button and the select button is now the throwing ammunitions button), which is very confusing for the first few hours because I am already used to the previous two games' controls. Overall, I still enjoyed the triology and look forward to the AC franchise.
The games included are probably the best in all of the Assassin's Creed series. My gripe with this collection is knowing that only the first game is actually on the cartridge but you have to download the other 2 games from the eShop. There’s no point in buying these games physically. You’re better off buying the collection digitally on an eShop sale or just buying the original versions on the PS3/XBOX 360. The games are still worth playing so if you just want to play them and then sell it to GameStop after, then go for it. However as a collector, I can’t recommend buying this if you like to collect physical games.
Ezio really is one of the best Assassin’s Creed protagonists. His charisma really helps to keep you engaged while going through these incredible games. For story, I won’t go into that much because they are old games. I think most would want to know how they perform on Switch. Short answer, wonderfully. No one is expecting 60 fps and 1440 here. I only play handheld and I believe it’s only 720 at 30fps and I think the resolution fluctuates up and down. But in handheld, u can’t tell and I feel like 30fps was solid. So happy to have a great version of this that I can play anytime, anyplace. I highly recommend this if you like a great story, great gameplay, great characters and are even the least bit interested in Assassin’s Creed.
This is just a notice about VIPOUTLET.For when your buying from them.I am guessing that every purchase from them will come this way. And I bought Brand New Unopened. While the disk looks to be in pristine condition. As I have yet to try it in my Playstation. I am bothered their was no cellophane wrapper around it. As this tells me it was unopened and it's enjoyable taking this off. And they have a sticker on it saying repair even though it also says new. I believe it to be new. However I can not take the sticker off without a massive amount of residue and nastiness on the case. And I like to have my cases in pristine condition.Well I am off to try it now and see if the games and movies on it works.
I got this game for 14 dollars. This game always is on sale for around 20 dollars every so often. The cart only holds Assassins creed two. The other two games are digital downloads. If you can get it on sale then i would say thats more of the sweet spot for a game like this. It’s definitely a fun game if you havent enjoyed any assassins creed games in prior years. Definitely worth checking out.
