This case is fairly simple but awesome. I chose this because it wasn’t bulky but looked protective. I can confirm that it does a great job protecting my OLED switch when I throw it in my backpack and I’m on the go! It also has a dedicated flap (divider?) where you can store extra game cards which I liked a lot. Its obviously to tight to store the charger but shouldn’t be an issue for most who have a backpack or something. It does come with a screen protector but I chose to go with a different higher end screen protector so I can’t comment on how the included one performs. Otherwise it’s an awesome buy!

I love the price to quality ratio on this. The screen protector is great and doesn’t feel cheap. Nor does the case feel like it won’t protect your switch. At $20 I threw it in the purchase with my switch because I didn’t want to start using it without a screen protector. The case is something you also want to use whenever traveling with the switch or even going to a friend’s house with it. Especially if you have the OLED model. With the thinness of the oled model, it’s tempting to just put it in your pocket but you don’t want any scuffs on it.

Decent case for the switchOLED. The case is a more in the thin compact side. It’s a Nintendo genuine product so the switch fits in it nicely. If you are dropping your switch often or need to carry accessories in the case then this case may not work for you. The screen protector is a little difficult to line up and apply. Mine has some bubbles at the bottom edge and no matter what I do I can’t get them out. Does not come with a template to apply. You have to apply it by trying to line it up carefully. I would recommend this case to someone who wants a compact case that’s not bulky.

Very meh unfortunately. It looks nice and feels okay, but is just obviously not a high quality product. Screen protectors are not glass (just like it says in the description), and the case does not really offer much for protection other than scratch protection. Joysticks hit the top of the case, and triggers rest on the bottom, which may lead to some wear if you are stuffing into your backpack. You get what you pay for!
This case is simple and effective. It also comes with a screen protector and instructions for how to put it on correctly. The case itself has an internal flap with elastic pockets that perfectly fits 5 game cards and a net pocket for a cable. This flap also doubles as a stand for the Switch screen, which means not having to use the stand on the back of the screen. The case has a soft interior lining which aids the protection when carrying around the Switch. All in all I’m very happy with the case, especially for the price and it being an official Nintendo product.
I was a little unsure ordering this based on the other reviews, but decided to give it a try. I actually think it’s perfect. The hard leather seems durable enough, I just wanted a case I could easily slip in my bag and not have to worry about scratching or beating up my switch. It fits well and there’s no pressure on the joysticks I saw mentioned in other reviews. It is also worth it for the screen protector. I’ve tried looking for others and this seems to be the only one that is the correct size for the OLED. The middle flap also lets you store a few games. Definitely glad I decided to try it out for myself!

I purchased the official Nintendo brand case when original Switch released and it was a hardbound case with a handle, cleaning cloth and thick plastic mini cases for holding up to 8 games. It kept the Switch clean, you could easily see the games and the cloth was perfect for wiping smudges off the screen. This case is SO cheap. Its not so much a case as it is a carrying bag. You can only store 5 games and they are underneath a strap which makes it impossible to see without pulling each game up. I wish I would have known, I would have got a third party case. Usually Nintendo has the best but this was a waste of money.
