If you’d told me a few months ago that I’d willingly let a virtual trainer channel the spirit of Ivan Drago from Rocky IV while shouting commands at me, I’d have laughed—no, scoffed—in your face. Yet here I stand (barely), transformed, humbled, and utterly broken in the best possible way, thanks to Fitness Boxing 3: Rhythm & Exercise. It began innocently enough. “A bit of light cardio,” I thought, clutching my Joy-Cons with the kind of optimism only fools and the uninformed possess. “How hard could it be?” Little did I know I was stepping into a digital boot camp overseen by a trainer who doesn’t just want you to succeed; she wants to crush you first. My personal trainer of choice? Sophie, the human embodiment of ferocity, fitness, and faintly terrifying pep talks.Sophie doesn’t play nice. Sure, she looks approachable with her cheery smile and perfect posture, but don’t be fooled—beneath that facade lies the unrelenting heart of a Russian super-athlete. “I must break you,” she growled during one particularly gruelling session, her eyes boring into my soul as I threw what can only be described as the weakest hook in human history. I staggered, wheezing, wondering if she was joking. She wasn’t.The Humiliation Phase: “If He Dies, He Dies.”The first week was nothing short of brutal. My punches were sloppy, my stamina non-existent, and every second felt like an eternity in Sophie’s gym of despair. Her bright, chirpy demeanor only made it worse, a veneer of kindness masking her ruthless efficiency. When I collapsed mid-session, clutching my ribs like a beaten boxer, she delivered the line that will haunt me forever: “If he dies, he dies.”I’d never felt so attacked by a virtual trainer. But somehow, I dragged myself up. Not out of pride or determination—no, I was terrified she’d come through the screen and finish the job.The Redemption Arc: Learning to SurviveBy week three, something began to change. My punches no longer looked like I was trying to shoo away a particularly persistent fly. My footwork, while still questionable, had evolved from “panicked squirrel” to “mildly uncoordinated human.” Sophie, still ferocious, seemed almost impressed. “Good effort,” she muttered once, and I swear I felt tears of joy pricking at my eyes. And yet, the torment continued. “Harder!” she barked during a lightning-fast combo session. “Again!” she demanded, as though I hadn’t just thrown 83 jabs in under a minute. Her relentless drive pushed me beyond my limits, and slowly—very slowly—I began to see results. My stamina improved. My punches gained power. My confidence grew. And while Sophie still resembled a digital Drago, I found myself appreciating her brutal honesty. The Final Form: Becoming the MachineBy week six, I wasn’t just surviving; I was thriving. Sophie’s once-terrifying commands had become my personal battle cries. When she yelled, “I must break you!” during an advanced workout, I laughed—laughed!—before throwing a series of punches so perfectly timed they might have impressed her. For a brief, fleeting moment, I was no longer a mere mortal. I was a rhythm-fuelled boxing machine.I emerged from each session drenched in sweat and trembling with exhaustion, but also triumphant. Sophie had forged me in the fires of her digital gym. She’d broken me, yes, but she’d rebuilt me stronger, faster, and slightly less pathetic than before. The Aftermath: A Changed Person (Barely)Now, as I sit here nursing aching muscles and eating a salad like I’m suddenly a fitness guru, I can’t help but feel grateful. Fitness Boxing 3 didn’t just help me get fit; it dragged me kicking, screaming, and sweating into a world where fitness is fun, gruelling, and faintly terrifying. Sophie, my digital drill sergeant, is both my nemesis and my hero, and I owe her everything (except my dignity, which she has thoroughly destroyed). So, if you’re ready to embark on a journey that will test your endurance, challenge your spirit, and leave you gasping for air while whispering, “Thank you, Sophie,” pick up Fitness Boxing 3. Just don’t be surprised when your trainer channels Ivan Drago and shatters your illusions of an easy workout. But, hey, if you survive, you’ll come out stronger. Or as Sophie would say: “If you die, you die.”

Unlike ring fit, this doesnt require additional attachment. Good daily plan and good progression as well! Cheaper than personal trainer for new year resolution to exercise

Great fun and competition for the whole family. We get great workouts from this interactive experience. However, the calories burned cannot be accurate, as it displays a ton of calorie burning...maybe its true.

Fun game that gets you or your family off the couch.
We love this boxing game as we can compete who got the best score. My 9 year old boy also love it so much, especially when he noticed that he can buy songs with points, he's so excited he can buy "stay" song and more motivated to finish his daily mission. The game is really worth it when you want exercise in fun entertaining way.
