I purchased this as an exact replacement for the one that I had. Loved my previous one so I kept with the known winner. My new one has not disappointed me. Same great quality and simple straight-forward operation. It just plain and simple does it's job.

Nitecore Q4 Battery Charger

A really good charger. I don't regret paying the extra compared to others on the market. It's small and compact and fits 4x 21700's comfortably, unlike other chargers I have previously owed.

Simple, inexpensive and always comes through

I have several of these. Simple medium weight/quality product that has yet to fail me. I like having several of these in case one breaks versus on multi capacity charger if it breaks you are scre***. Having several of these dependable ones are a great way to always have a charging source. Plus it has the usb plug etc so you can actually send power out to charge a cell phone or other usb type device.

Unit works, but intermittent contact

While putting standard 18650 batteries into the charger it is difficult to get the positive contact point to consistently make contact with the battery. The battery must be almost exactly level for charging to begin. Also while charging the slightest vibration or settling of the batteries will stop the charging cycle when the positive point slips out of alignment.

Versatile charger for many different battery sizes

Adjustable for a variety of battery sizes. I'm not sure how this will work for larger C and D batteries since I don't have any that are rechargeable, but in theory, you can recharge them in this charger along with AA and AAA. It's actually pretty bulky for a AA battery charger, which is what we really needed.

fine and stylish, but micro usb port in back needs tape or a rubberband to continue functioning

yes, as with all corded electronics, the connection is the problem. aside from that, i love the look, and the lcd readout, and the company nitecore. quality products. just don't take this off your desk and unplug/replug the cord. ive tried multiple microusb cables, not a good connection.
