I'm 74, skin getting very dry. This has been a great help. I rinse off with cold water instead of hot. Skin feel great and BONUS - no break outs or whiteheads

Very disappointed that the formula has changed. The new version worsens dry areas on my face and is too fragranced, whereas the old formula was soothing, hydrating and pleasant to use. I have been buying this for the last couple of years but can’t use it anymore.

This was a fantastic cream wash for dry sensitive skin but the new formula has creased large patched of dermatitis and irritation on my face. I though it was from wearing face masks but when I stopped using the wash it dermatitis started to settle. Seems from the comments Nivea has made a grave mistake changing the formula and caused a lot of discomfort for people.

I use this wash all the time and am very happy. You only need a small amount and it is so easy to apply. It is suitable for all skin types and contains almond oil.
I've been using this cleanser for a couple of years, it doesn't strip my skin and leaves it feeling nice and soft. The only problem is the packaging, when there's a little bit of product left it is difficult to extract it which is basically wasteful. Nivea should seriously consider this!
I've been using Nivea for a while. This is an excellent product. It's silky and soapy and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean.

I have sensitive skin so this is ideal. Its gentle on application and has a moisturising element too. I use this daily and have no complaints.
I used this cleansing wash for quite a long time and really loved how it made my skin feel. Lately I have been feeling very dry and itchy around my chin and have been unable to determine the cause. I discontinued using this wash and the problem has gone. After reading other reviews, I am wondering if there is a new ingredient and it caused the dry itchy feeling?
